So now I judge only after finishing the anime |

| Truly one of the best romcom that I've watched. OP & ED songs, production/adaptation, progression of the story and the karte part in the end makes it very delightful to watch. Now, I can't wait for S2 (hopefully there will be) after reading the manga. |

| The question is... how much cringy this anime is? Apparently it´s too much for me to handle. I confess I haven´t watch and don´t plan to after seeing that the male character is a shota and the girl is 'your waifu'. Historically, I don´t have good experience watching animes where shotas are the MC specially in romance. I can´t say much cause yep.. I haven´t watched this anime; but people have been overhyping this so much that I came across by chance with a good amount of scenes and small clips of this anime. Tomo-chan is currently one of the best (if not the best RomCom of these previous recent years) I have ever watched. Everything is so balanced; the Rom and Com counterparts are very well done and fleshed out and all characters are very nice (from primary to tertiary characters). Usually, RomComs are either boring or they focus too much on comedy or romance -usually focus more on comedy- or there is not a good ressonance between the Rom and Com. |

| Tomo-chan is hardly balanced, especially compared to this or Takagi. Dont know what the guy's talking about. Its mostly comedy and the main relationship in it is an annoying will they, wont they (we know they will from like episode 1). |

It seems to me that someone else's opinion should be taken into account, but in the end, you should still be guided by your own tastes. I think that BokuYaba was interesting to me from episode 1, but it hooked me somewhere closer to 5-6. By the Ep. 9, I began to consider this the peak of the romance, and the Ep. 10 strengthened my opinion. After that, I broke down and read the manga. |

| The show has gotten better with every episode. I watch each episode carefully in 1x speed now. I set aside everything else and focus on watching it. I rarely watch other anime like that. |

| Yeah this anime managed to stand out among other "socially deficit MC dates popular girl" shows and has only been getting better with each episode! I am definitely going to check out the manga once it ends |
