| The flow of the story still feels very off to me, the Kushan raid felt like it came out of nowhere so hopefully we will received more context in the following chapters. The art is starting to slowly look more on model, a great shot of Isidro in the 1st panel of page 2 and an amazing final page of art. |
| Wizards are losing their power, the doge from hell is back and is more talkative than ever, and on top of that Kushan pirates are attacking their ship in the middle of Schierke's ritual to detect Casca. By the way they didn't actually slaughter anyone and how they seemed to have looked like for certain person, I think they might not be just mere Kushan remnants trying to find their place in Fantasia. Last page of this chapter has the energy as if they were ordered to look for Guts, with Guts being described as insanely powerful warrior zealously devoted to the quest he's currently on. That's why we could see partially disappointment, partially surprise on their faces. Fingers crossed for those Kushans to be actually Silas' and Daiba's allies, found by them after seeking for any Kushan army's remnants roaming through the continent while Guts have been sailing with his party towards the Elf Island. Ehh, too bad the series is back on hiatus. |

| I wonder if the witches losing their power due to the loss of Elf Island has to do with the chains binding the Beast breaking. Personally I don't think Guts will use a behelit or succumb to the Beast's temptation. The big difference between Guts and Griffith has always been that Guts wants to earn his power and victories with his own two hands, whereas Griffith will snatch at power regardless of the cost or where it's coming from. Guts has already seen where Griffith's choices lead to and has rejected that method, he's not going to choose that path now just to become an inferior version of Femto. Or at least I hope not. |

Griffith was reborn from an unborn child of her and Guts, so technically Griffith in his reborn form can be sacrificed by her after activating the Behelit. |

| The way those kushans were licking their sword and attacked the ship makes it clear 5hat they are not friendly. This is a really bad time to provoke Guts, i don't think he will use the Behelt but using the armour is still possible. When hero is depressed and is giving up don't stir him. Griffith did it and now these mooks are about to break the last straw. |

| This is really dumb how the Kushan randomly board the ship especially since we just saw it almost get swallowed by a cyclone. And idk why people think Guts is being tempted to use his behelit. It's the armor that wants to fully consume Guts and turn him like Skull Knight is now. |
| haven't touched this manga since november last year but decided finally catch up and damn, guts still can't catch a break. so much pain. just the look of griffith pisses you off, means he's still a great antagonist. but we need guts to rebound man. |
