Ah, the bullet train you rode! I haven't ridden it lately. I wondered what a zarigani was, and then I realized it was a game arcade. I don't go all the way to the arcade when I travel...
I've toured a sake brewery in another part of the country, and I remember it being pretty fun. I didn't do the tasting, though, because I had to drive on the way home.
By the way, was it the City Hunter DVD? Did you successfully buy that one with the extras?
I've never been to Studio ALTA, I've never been there before. I thought I liked the Shibuya crossing, people from overseas...so I realized it was one of the ones you traveled to and that it's still very popular.
In Kyoto, Fushimi Inari Taisha, I never made it to the top. I feel like I always turn around in the middle of the trip due to lack of time. I didn't realize there was an iaido school...I never looked into that as a place to go sightseeing. You must have walked around a lot, even though you were sick in Kyoto.
Kobe has a wine image, so I didn't expect to see a sake brewery. I've toured sake breweries in my hometown, but they are pretty fun, aren't they?
I guess you traveled in late December, so everywhere you went must have been crowded with people.
I don't really have any recommendations for Akihabara, since my favorite stores have already closed. I do go to "Mandarade" though.
In Shibuya, I think I'll go to the Ota Memorial Museum of Art. It's an ukiyo-e museum. Well, if you or your companion like pictures, I would recommend it. I'm not interested in fashion, so I can't recommend that place.
Basically, I spend most of my time in Tokyo going to events and buying doujinshis, so I don't think I actually do much sightseeing in Tokyo.
I think it's a good reference because it lists the perks of each store and with images. However, if you are buying during the holiday season, you should consider the possibility that the version with the special offers you want is sold out.
I don't think you need to ask me for my opinion, since everyone wants different things.
I just checked and the Blu-ray release date, it's set. It was announced on the official site as well, and it's July 31. I'll post the link from the official site.

The special offers may differ depending on the store that sells it, so I think it's a good idea to check before you buy it.
