Damn, it seems the theme of trust and betrayal is still evident in this show.

At least we do have Kirei, Ryouko, and the others taking up important roles against their enemies. Got a feeling this anime is aiming for a big battle in the finale.

Ittoki, Kousetsu and Tokisada going to Koga. I highly doubt Kidou's just gonna listen to him but who knows.

So, the traitor was finally revealed and her identity was totally expectable. She is 100% dead, because if potassium cyanide is swallowed it's over. Obviously nobody would forgive her killing Yumika regardless of circumstances.
ANNIN is a good representation of real life NATO by how useless they are and being completely inept at stopping conflicts. Koga is literally destroying entire clans and they "don't have evidence". what 🤣
Ittoki is developing further and now fully grew a pair. It took too long tho.
Suzaku defected from Koga and turned over the footage, but that doesn't immediately means he is Iga's ally. He will handle the issue in his own way.
There is still much to be revealed like Kirei's actual gender for example.

One episode left and final showdown. Kousetsu back in action and fully unmasked. I'm kinda hyped.

lame ass mc will finally be useful in the last episode. ittoki using the secret ninja core to finally do something himself was the most predictable turn of events i've ever witnessed in any medium. that onee-san being the traitor was a bit unexpected though, she had her reasons though but still too dumb to realise that kidou was just using her.

if even ittoki can become a badass ninja by using secret ninja core then why not give it to tokisada, he can surely utlise it to it's full potential. i guess they are giving it to ittoki because that's the one thing he can do. as this anime would not be very different with ittoki not being the mc. ittoki is really the most useless mc i've seen in any anime till date.

The end of an era. Thank you Wit, Mappa and Isayama.
Feeling half happy, half sad.

Ittoki's choice to hand over Iga's secret Ninja Core is a grave mistake, and in doing so, believes that they will be let off the hook from Koga for a peace treaty. The cold reality is that this would disservice Yumika, and to make matters worse, he will not change his decision, and this goes for Tokisada as well. Even at the NSC, this peace treaty is taken at face value which Shione does not agree to, and all along, it didn't really step in to uphold justice, but rather peace. As for Koga, their original objective does not change either, and it's only a matter of time before they achieve superiority. Pleasantries are only side chatter, and Shione feels the burden of the NSC on her shoulders.

Kirei's crocodile tears of betrayal may have come at a cost too late, but Ryoko being understanding is at least a sympathy note. And as loyalty would have it, Ban will take his life to the death, even if it means removing all propaganda as much as possible, not realizing that his life is on the line as well. For Ittoki, being the new Chief of Iga may have pushed his luck too far for someone not trained as a ninja, and its people wanting to oust him, they've should done that earlier before.

Tokisada finding out the true traitors was something else, and something that Ittoki has thought of with Kozo buying an act to deceive the people, which surprisingly works to scout her out. The spineless MC all this while mastered his Talk no Jutsu to convince the people of recent developments and knowing full well that the peace treaty will be impossible. But, by engaging the Ninja Core with him to speak to Kidou, it's a selfish ambition to not just fulfill his late mother's wishes, but his own to sacrifice himself to save the many.

Though why himself and not Tokisada to have the Ninja Core, I would probably say it's his way of the redemption arc after being thrust into this whole shinobi war tactic. Still useless, until proven otherwise in the finale next week.

Man i must say i think the episode was decent.
They did a good job to build it up for next week.
Now i'm hyped for the last episode.
The betrayal and conclusion was interesting.

Finally they found the real traitor who kill Ittoki's mom, did not expect it was her. Looks like Ryouko is preparing something and Kirei has made a resolve in her heart, cannot wait to see what will they do to support Ittoki in next episode.

While this anime started kind of slow with a clueless and weak MC (not entirely his fault though) it has really built up the last couple of episodes. We got confirmation that Kousetsu did not kill Yumika and that it was indeed "glasses lady" as some of you had predicted (well done, I was not sure it was but thought about that as a good possibility from reading comments).

I was surprised to hear that Tokisada knew about Kirei's betrayal but let it go with her blowing up the charging station. Also, it's good to see Kousetsu back in action and she makes a great fighting partner with Tokisada but I do wonder what's to stop her from being mind controlled again? Lastly, it will be interesting to see how Ittoki performs with the Iga core, looking forward to the conclusion.

Been saying it for weeks Raiha was the real RAT.

Looks like Ittoki, Kousetsu and Tokisada all resigned from being Iga ninja. Damn.

Idk how this show went from High school Ninja Hi-jinks to some serious shit.

This might honestly be the best episode yet. Why did this entire series take so long to get good?

If they had just skipped the entire school arc and gotten to the ninja politics arc there might have been more people still watching this vs. those who gave it a low rating and dropped after 1-3 episodes.

Damn man this show has ramped up lately I will certainly give it credit. It seems like everyone is facing the reality of their decisions. Kirei and suzaku both realise they looked like idiots standing up for a clan leader who didn’t care about them at all and only used them as pawns. Yuuki aoi with a really good performance today.

It only took the death of his mother but ittoki finally became a man and is leading the clan properly, his own way. Looking forward to the finale next week. Won’t save this show from being painfully mediocre but still

Finally the chief of Iga is taking matters into his own hands.

Can't wait to see Ittoki, Kousetsu, and Tokisada go ham on Koga.

Iga for sure knows that Koga won't agree to their peace treaty. They saw through Koga's BS and ain't lettin them have any of their secret ninja core.

Fuck Koga! And fuck the traitor!

It's pretty laughable how absurdly quick Ittoki became competent. He's been a bumbling idiot for most of the series and now all of a sudden, he's hot shit. I also hate how easily the blonde chick is being forgiven. I mean I expected it considering the other characters' personalities, but it still makes me irritated as fuck. I hate characters that are all "you betrayed me but it's okay because you were acting like a friend while you were doing it." Like no, that's just called being taken advantage of. I just want her to eat someone's fist and I'll be happy.

Anyways, they waited until episode 11 for the climax so I have a feeling that the last episode is going to feel rushed as hell in order to wrap everything up or give an unsatisfactory ending. Either way, I don't care. This series wasn't that enjoyable to begin with.

Whief... i was on very verge of despair how subbnisive MC was to the point i was wishing and praying that Koga would take that secret weapon and kill all the Iga on MC eyes. But gladly last ~5 minutes redeem him a bit. And Kotetsu (hopefully) back to action in next ep <3

I liked the change in this anime in the final chapters, although it has its flaws, it is impossible to say that it is the worst, it is not the best either, but it complies with its premise, Ittoki is not an avenger or a Badass protagonist, but a calm one, pampered but who has known how to function and being the new leader has shown great resolution asserting himself as the new head of the Iga by imposing his conditions whether they like it or not
On the other hand, Kirei and Ryoko lost everything and now they must start from 0, Kirei told her the whole truth and although she acted as the strong one, she ended up crying ashamed of what she has done.

Such a dramatic episode i almost fell from my chair! But honestly its works better since the first episode, its already building up those tense with all their might. So yeah not surprising at all with the pace speeding up a bit and all the revelation and redemption moment here and there, because only one more episode for Shinobi no Ittoki to prove their worth. So yeah let's see...

I'm betting all three of them will die for a better future.

btw, Tokisada could have snuck in any time, kill off the old Koga f*cker and everything would have been resolved right then and there.

As Stalin have said, "Death solves all problems, no man, no problem." and it's absolutely true in this case.

But no, these are some weak BS ninjas who do not kill.

I have it as a 4/10 right now. If the buildup has a nice payoff in the finale than I will up my score to a 5.5 or 6. We will see how the last episode goes.
