| In the end Prince Chris sending someone to shadow Elli was kinda meaningless, if he was going to show up. If Lady Sophia ended arrested, would be right too, she certainly was playing dumb games against a princess. More allies. |

| Being the princess definitely has competition, and Elianna has it hard facing against Sophia and the other nobles. Instead, having Irvin at the old castle for a conversation, both Maldura and Sauslind blood runs through his bones, and hearing Elianna pledge support for his native country is a godsend. The Ghost of Eidel is Irvin's assistant Rei, and bandits come attacking and hosting everyone within hostage. How Prince Christopher came in to sweep the bandits just feels too convenient to put down the possible conflict, and he makes sure that those involved will get their punishments. Irvin's story gets full closure, and Sylvia is actually the flower-guarding labybug. The relationship between Sauslind and Maldura is hostile, but as the idealistic dreamer Elianna puts it: if no one takes the first step, this would forever be on a standstill. And once again, Elianna takes another step towards kingdom reconciliation, and for now, this is the end of Maldura's arc. As much as this episode is sweet, just can't help the fact that the anime is unbelievably rushed against the manga. |

| I’m glad Sophia got her comeuppance. She’s been so annoying her since she first showed up. Eli was nothing but kind to her. Irvine family backstory was pretty interesting. RIP his mom :/ I thought he would end up being an antagonist but ends up being a really kind ally. And to top a great ep off, really cute moment with Eli and Chris at the end. Calling him by his name is a big step for Eli. |

| This is a feel-good anime. I thought Irvin would be some bad character like Sophia. But he turns out to be a good guy, unlike that stupid Sophia. Hehe, Maldura's prince eh? But then he said he was under orders of the Second Prince. So, is Irvin a prince or not? He did say his father was a prince and the current king. So I guess he's probably a younger prince with half-rights. I still wonder who Lilia is, considering she calls Eli a sister. Chris's reprimanding voice makes me laugh. It's so good. Poor guy couldn't kiss her. π€£π€£π€£ |

| i think it's just me but it's getting hard for me to remember all this info and names of person and who did what etc. i'm sure it will be easier to remember if i binge this whole anime in a sitting. still this was quite an enjoyable episode. sophia ended up making some fool of herself. lol. with this hayden is also domesticated xD i hope there are more eli x chris moments in next episode. |

on | Episode 8 is a good episode. I like the ending when he calls her his "Ladybug". If you didn't know, in East Asian culture (to name a couple: Chinese & Japanese), red is a symbol of good fortune or to wish someone good luck. Hence, why weddings usually have red themes, or at least, they are more common. I believe this is symbolism not only in a cute/romantic way but in a message that Elianna is Christopher's good luck charm. Or you could say he truly believes he is lucky to be with her. See, ladybugs are themselves, a symbol of good luck in Japan makes it even sweeter.  |
