| I'm just going to say it, so whatever... It's really, REALLY hard for me to enjoy this episode. I wanted more rock music and less borderline autism. And this episode had very little of rock. And A LOT of borderline autism. what is starting to bother me in these shows is that these kids clearly need help. And EVERYONE is threating them like... gambare. Cue life long trauma. |

It's also by CloverWorks and the last episode will have you crying like a baby because of how beautiful it is. It's an absolute masterpiece. I also want to highlight Akebi-chan for being the other CGDCT type show from the last few years that I was obsessed with. Both are obvious passion projects coming out of CloverWorks and are a cut above the rest. Very different protagonists but if you're a fan of Bocchi for the quality and love put into it then I definitely would look in to Akebi-chan. In this episode we see that the show is primarily a comedy about Bocchi's social anxiety, and she is a pretty pathetic but very lovable character! It looks like it's gonna be a music and slice of life anime as well (I hope), and I'm loving the overall feel of how it's going so far. |

| Yeah, I'm good without the fanservice thanks. I don't think fanservice would add anything to Bocchi - in fact it would probably detract from it. There's plenty of horny jail anime out there to watch in the meantime, satisfy yourself with them. |

Who even wears swimsuit in their home bathroom, especially in a country like Japan where people take naked baths in public bath houses? Bocchi is shy around people, not shy of being naked. |
| Good adaptation, good animation & shooting angles, this is what I expected, although the original point of the series is comedy, it includes a musical element as well. |

| The humor in this show is great, the characters are lovable, and the animation is chef kiss. Even when a character is doing something mundane it still looks good. I love the wide shots in this anime, they look so good. When I was an intern student there were apparatuses I had yet seen and procedures I had never done before. It was nerve wracking for the first week, but once I got used to it all the job became enjoyable. |

| I'm liking the show so far, but I kinda overhyped it for myself by acting like it's WataMote season 2. I keep telling myself that Bocchi isn't Tomoko, and this show probably isn't going to go hard like WataMote. Bocchi the Rock definitely goes harder than most cute girl with social anxiety stories, but WataMote is on a different level. Either way, I'm trying to treat Bocchi as it's own thing, and it's doing a good job at that. |

A thin layer of swimsuit was not going to prevent her from catching a cold, the anime even showed she was freezing in seconds. As for the home swimsuit thing, while yes it would have made more sense, it also didn't detract from the scene in the slightest? So she was wearing a swimsuit, it wasn't like she was in there to wash herself. Just say that you wanna see teen ass & boobs and go lol Dude, if I wanted to see anime ass I would go watch the thousands of hentai out there. I don't care one way or another. I'm just addressing your point of it not affecting the scene, when it does both logically and character wise. If they wanted to censor they could have used framing and different angles like they usually do in anime, not put her in a swimsuit. |
