I like how the OP changes with each theme so far. Normally after several eps I start to skip the intro but this one actually seems to have significant content each time. Or at least with each new episode theme. I'm starting to get used to the unusual dialogue between the characters. Especially the Mayoi/Araragi interaction. One that always appears to escalate into a knock out fight.

Enter Kanbaru Suruga who is a new character but is connected to Senjougahara. Interesting how Mayoi seems to disappear when this new character enters. Then Hitagi goes all stabby on Koyomi's eyeball when Kanbaru's name comes up. We get a few scattered details in the study session, but still a lot is left open.

Then Boom! Sneak attack by some apparition. There doesn't seem to be an immediate connection to Kanbaru but I suspect there might be. Her quick moves on the basketball court could be reflected in the fast movement of the apparition. Looks like this is a 3 part series as well. So we'll see how it unfolds.

Regardless of how I actually feel about the series (although for the record I think it's great) there's no denying that this is one of the most unique anime I've watched. Not much predictable here!

Junior girl running to her senpai to talk about Russian politics(they're just dooming themselves) and the Indian IT industry(would love to know). Sounds legit, yeah. She probably is the one who attacked Ararararagi as well, continuing the tradition of the main girl of each arc attacking Rararagi.

Also, switched to ANE subs and Blu-ray torrents. MUCH better quality.

That monster who attacked Araragi was surely Suruga lol. Also, it was said earlier in the anime that Araragi once used to be a vampire, if he didn't decide to become human again I bet he wouldn't have been defeated by that arrogant person.

Finally, monke arc.

People call Senjougahara a tsundere. But she barely acts like one. She's more of a yandere if anything. But her interactions with Araragi are genuinely entertaining. If this was any other show, I probably would've hated her.

Kanbaru beating the shit out of Araragi is where shit got real. Is what I would've said if Episode 1 didn't begin with a quick recap of Kizumonogatari.
