| Not bad Berry, using every resource at her disposal. Also, I want to see more of Smiley in this show. The character got some screen time this week but feels like they could do more with their role. The unique technologies in this show continues to impress but also feel surreal at the same time. |

| Doron the wandering AI drone has lost his owner and asks Berry and the others to find his owner. Wow, Doron is sugoku kawaii nano desu! Was funny to see him 'shaking with gratitude' when in actuality he was broken... His owner apparently wasn't there and the robot asked for staff ID. Madam 44 knows Doron's owner Kearney it seems. Seems Kearney is Hackitt and also...dead. Looking forward to the next episode! |

| The client of the week: the drone Doron that's found in a junkyard, and wanting to find its owner. In this case, it's Smiley who seems motivated to help it given her experience with robots. But while Doron may look like the typical drone, it's an illegal drone that disconnected with its owner playing against Phantom Zero, but information is uncertain. Time to find this "Kearney" owner that's living in in an old folk's home, though Smiley has her nose on her grandma, which is in fact the old lady Madam 44 giving orders from a hologram of hers, and her relations to Kearney can be best described as a relationship of sorts. And when Berry's in danger of being found out, her transformation makes her versatile to safeguard secrets. But this means that Kearney is still not found, and both Finn and Hack have the next plan ready at their disposal: hacking into Doron's program, and sure enough, finding Phantom Zero inside, which turned out to be Kearney in his Hyperverse persona "Hackitt" which created the game known as Phantom Zero Nation. With that, Doron's case ends here, and the Yurei Detective Club have major evidence on their hands: signs of a bigger plan to foil, and expose the truth hidden for what purposes it's uncertain for now. Berry likes to stick her nose in everyone's business with every resource available, and this is not a bad thing. |

| A drone with amnesia and a case of the shakes eh? Well, that’s new. No wonder Smiley was interested in helping out, the only thing on her mind is getting more Love lol. But it seems the drone is an illegal one and connected to a missing owner who’s somehow linked to Madam 44 (nice to see her in person btw). So is Smiley (didn’t think we’d see her with no mask btw) related to Madam 44? She called her “grandma” after all. But man, wtf kind of security does this retirement home even have? Damn dude lol. Madam 44 going full on RoboCop was great, what a badass! I wasn’t expecting the drone to be linked to the game Phantom Zero/Hackitt Looks like his death might have been a suspicious one. He knew too much and got whacked I guess. Let’s see how this new info plays out next week. I’ve been wondering for awhile, but what’s Watson’s deal? Big man in a cat costume doesn’t say much. What’s his role in the team anyways? He’s one mysterious cat. |
| Holy shit, this show sucks so much. Science Saru at it again. Maybe next time they can make a whimsical, aesthetic anime which ALSO entices the viewer with an interesting, well written plot to go along with it (EXTREMELY doubtful). Cause right now, I'm bored shitless watching this garbage unfold. |
| I had a feeling Smiley had an ugly looking face but not that..... Ah so Madam 44 appeared in a way I never thought I’d see her in this show in the flesh and gone mini mecha. Lol That line about lying was a good one. It’s not so black and white or overly drawn out in explanation to get to the point. I’m unsure if Kearney aka Hackitt is actually dead because he could have faked his death. So I guess the question Finn was alluding to was what was the IT that Hackitt wanted to hack. |

| Hold up! Did no one else hear at 2:09 during this scene below, the Japanese sounds hilarious! If you listen to the Japanese only and really listen, it sound like it says "where are we goin nigga" in English hahahah for real tho play it a few times and listen! I also can't help but think of Blazing Saddles when the main guys like "where all the white women at?"  |

paeanblotch said: ropiel said: i have it on my list but due to the low score I'm not watching.is it worth watchingthe general rating is so low wtf,its such a nice show :( the artistic direction reminds of Space Dandy or more recently Muteking,if you like exaggerated kind of weird and colorful drawings and characters this will be your cup of tea,but its not all colorful,its kinda there to hide the darker part of the show which is a critic of what our future can look like,the story overall isn't that complex but the cast is cool and its such a unique anime :) Still i warn you,the 2-3 first episodes aren't the most entertaining,they don't have much dialogue and really only serve as a big introduction to all that weird goodness :) |

| I loved this episode. There were some very touching moments with Madam 44. Now it even appears that there may be a murder to be solved. I can't wait for the next episode. |

| So many mysterious elements added thanks to Kearney and his drone, even though he's dead he seems to be linked to so many darker sides of this world while I still wonder what really was Madam 44's relationship with him back then, anyway now we're up to more investigations now that they're aware of all that. |
