| Tbh, it always felt like the White Arrow is an ace in the hole for this final battle. Looks like this episode features the final confrontation among the God Candidates. Even though this show has been a bit of mixed bag imo, this episode actually got me hyped seeing all the buildup is leading to this. |

| The amount of twists and turns this episode had easily topped the ones I saw last month in NWH. But that's it… it's just the amount. The way things were working out one after another had me facepalming the whole time. | Nasse saves Mirai and loses her special rank, and then saves Yoneda and gains them back? lol? Despite her greed, I've got to respect Yuri. Her tactic of saying she'll look after Nakaumi's (instant murder weapon) white arrow was genius - this man is literal God now, bare in mind. After all these speeches Yoneda has been delivering us, he's willing to relinquish it all after being saved by Nasse - I guess he saw the light lmfao. |

| What a horrible episode! The ways things were resolved were very simple and bad, I even thought it was Yoneda's plan to catch the other candidates off guard, but it was just a resolution that was really horrible. I hope the next episode has at least a time skip. |

| I REALLY didn't think that they would adapt it this way, but literally this is leaps and bounds worse off than the manga. Nasse saved Mirai from being shot with the White Arrow, which led to her demotion to 2nd Rank. This was at least suspenseful in the manga, but the anime literally was School Days level numbing bad to just treat it like nothing. In the pursuit for happiness (like if it ever is worth caring anymore), Mirai's antics have caught up to the rest, proclaiming his "God" superiority and forcing Shuji on his hand. But other than Nasse being nonchalant about what Mirai chooses to do, he's just the same depressive kid who years nothing more than happiness for his loved one, and this case, he gets saved once again, but by Saki. So the other God candiates have managed to swiftly concince Shuji out of killing for the sake of Yoneda's ideals, and it's not like he didn't plan for a betrayal like this. Yuri literally could've taken out Yoneda at that point of recluse, but Nasse did the impossible again to save him and get her rank back, which just defies logic more than anything. And now, the professor trying to backtrack on his actions from then to now is no salvageable way to ever atone for his sins, let alone warp the people's perception about gods Angels and Demons style to only find a conclusion within Mirai's thoughts. All this back and forth, to only go back to the source. The professor has withdrawn from the farce, and has let the other God candidates decide who will become God, and 13-year-old Shuji Nakaumi is given the green light to become God/creature and bring all of this to an end. THANK GOD this is all (almost) over. Now, the question of concern is: will next week's ending be even worse than the manga's atrocious ending, or will they change things to give a different ending? | I didn’t mind Shuuji becoming god but at the end he said the creature has infested him so that’s interesting Miri and Saki get to move on together and it was kind of disappointing that Temari didn’t want to keep her memories but it’s whatever |

| For that Nasse screen time parts made this episode become funny. Now im not special rank, now im a special rank again. Now im curious of how long Yoneda will stay alive, now that he have Yuri as assistant. In a way they neutralize each other. |

| I really hate that they go to extreme lengths to show me that professor Japan is crazy, with the weirdo close up shots and missing one one sandal in the middle of the most important battle of a lifetime but at the same time the director wants me to really take what he was saying quite seriously. It's just a struggle to sit through this. We did all that just to sacrifice L in the end as planned? So what was the point?? Or was not having a point the point?? I want there to be meaning in my 23 minutes of life spent on this! omfg |

From the script abusing the "you can actually disobey a red arrow's control" bullshit to Nasse descending and ascending two ranks as if it was a damn ladder. And in the end, discount L became the new God... just as it was planned since the very beginning smh. |
| It seems like we're in the endgame, and not in a particularly good one, according to what the manga readers are saying. I wouldn't be surprised if the story was rushed at this point, because it really feels like it, considering how quickly Yoneda changed his mind, and the absolute contrivance that is denoting and ascending Nasse in rank in less than 10 minutes. |

| Well we got some pretty interesting development to say the least. Heck this is pretty much the finale, with the last episode looking to be some sort of epilogue- unless this show still has a twist to throw at us. The whole thing with Nasse though is just so stupid. We're one episode away from the end and they're still introducing new rules to the game. Any interfering, no matter WHO they're saving, should be punished. Heck they shouldn't even be capable of interfering, they're angels, not humans. But what do I know, I didn't write the rules to this whack game Man I actually got excited when the professor stated that he had a contingency plan in place in case everyone should turn on him all at once. THAT would have made for some good shit. Would've love for Yoneda to succeed with his plan all for the sake of testing out his theory. But yeah no the loud lady appears with the white arrow she somehow persuaded the edgy middle schooler to give her, shoots it at Yoneda who has as poor a reaction time as the mohawk elementary kid who died earlier, and is saved by Nasse who gets her rank restored because reasons. And then after some muttering about how he was saved by an angel yet again, he all of a sudden decides to admit defeat and let the edgy middle schooler become "god". UgghgHGGHUGghghGHNNHHH Oh yeah I was pretty excited from the last episode's cliffhanger to see Mirai get impaled by a white arrow. But nope he gets saved, and then proceeds to allow Yoneda to shoot him again. But nope he gets saved AGAIN. Imagine if he got saved a third time, or a fourth, or a fifth time, just keep it going man. Honestly that would've been more interesting to see than whatever all this is This show's a masterpiece whoever's not watching this should get on it right now |

| Okay, that pretty much felt like the penultimate finale. Nikaumi did turn out to be the God after all but the Professor laying down his cards that early simply because of Nasse saving him felt anticlimactic but well, it is what it is. Nasse pulling off one shock after another, lol. At least she truly cares about the MC. I was expecting some sort of a sad farewell between the two at the end there, ngl. Professor making Temari-san his lab assistant is kind of hilarious. Imagine a social media influencer waking up one day to find out that he/she is a lab assistant of possibly the smartest man to exist. I don't think I'd be able to take it, xD. Next episode preview hinted at a marriage? Didn't think we'd get this far, lol. It's been a mixed ride so far but let's see what next week's finale episode has in store for us. |

| I think it safe to say we're all hoping for an unexpected twist ending to the selection, but it seems to have just been anticlimactic. I look forward to watching the last episode in knowing it will be a disappointment but who doesn't enjoy a dumpster fire now and again. |

| Nasse is full of surprises, huh? I was surprised when she saved Mirai from Yoneda's white arrow, which led to her getting demoted to a second class angel. Then we got another surprise when she saved Yoneda from being killed off and she suddenly got promoted back to a special-rank. I was certain that she would've been killed off then and there for intervening again, but I was wrong here. It does give me mixed feelings about the writing for that part. I'm glad that she wasn't killed off since she's still the most enjoyable character in this series by a long shot, but the way she was giving her powers back was questionable, even if understandable. In the end, Nakaumi did end up becoming the next god, so anyone hoping for someone else to be the next god have gotten an anti-climatic ending to the selection process. It'll be interesting to see how the final episode will play out now. |
| Nasse who's been irrelevant for like the last dozen or so episodes finally serves as a plot device in this episode. Huh.
