As of writing this post the anime has a fairly high score but the amount of trasher already have an impact on the review section. Did you think it was really that bad or is it just the emotional let down. I don't get where all the flame is getting from. Let me know if you agree with the score or the haters |

| I think most people are forgetting the fact that this anime is the prequel to the game, which is releasing next year. The story doesn't end at EP12. Probably one of the things people are hating on are the plotholes, but there's a possibility that these will be explained in the game. In my opinion it was 9/10. |

| It was near an 8 at one point on MAL iirc and it's tanked for a lot of people over the past few weeks so the score falling isn't surprising. I didn't like this from the beginning but it definitely does get worse over time and 12 episodes was too short of a period for this series to be really able to go anywhere beyond just being a poor advertisement for the gacha game. |
I thought it was good in the beginning and it was actually a 8/10 for me. But the story kept getting worse for every episode and the plot holes were just growing bigger. It ended with me being generous and giving a 5/10 because of the animation. The plot and characters became so bad imo that it also lost the enjoyment factor. Tbf the only three good things in this anime were the animation, ost and Unmei’s character. Everything else is not even mediocre, it’s just bad.  |

Those shows have enough fans to keep up good score overall. In the end score means only how much fans/neutrals/haters something has. Most precise quality scores we can give ourselves for ourselves. | I thought this show was pretty average. The characters weren't great, some stuff isn't explained, story wasn't too good either and the ending felt rushed. Schindler was also one of the worst villains I've seen in an anime. Show started off pretty good, but slowly got worse. |

Yes, 7 is considered a high or at least a "good" score (not just decent, that would be a 6, by definition "fine"). So, get over it! To the OP, yes! That's how TRASH the reviews are nowadays on MAL! If you look at statistics you can see that only 388 users rated 1 AND 446 users rated 2, but for some stupid reason, the 3 top reviews are from those users... Like they would represent a HUGE part of the opinions of the major part of the viewers. As for my opinion, I liked the anime. It was entertaining and I enjoyed the ride. 7 is a very good score for this type of story, I gave it an 8 because of the music that was great and it was also graphically good. I think 7.4 is pretty accurate. This means that the score of the top reviews doesn't represent the show at all, but trash is trash at the end of the day and this is just a "Recycled hate" from every popular anime so far, doesn't even worth the effort to make this thread. But since they made the effort to do some trash reviews why not comment on them? OH! Right! Because the Mods don't like it! Because they know they are trash and don't resemble anything the anime they are revising, BUT they don't want to improve things (like an opinion part of the page, with a showcase like the reviews, or at least a like/dislike with a comment section on each review, like Steam), but, you see, it is too much work, they don't want that... So they try, and they try VERY HARD!, to hide the intelligent comments that just stated facts (like the top 3 reviews only shown what 1% of the viewers think of the show, or that those reviews don't help the random user that wants to know if the show has the things he wants to watch, facts like those), and perpetuate this sh*t until MAL be forgotten into oblivion (or just be a list of animes for me and others to not just get lost in the amount of animes there are in the world/japan). |

Wich did not mean anything. They have a rating that is fixed, if some users don't use it properly, that doesn't mean that is or not the definition of the value that is stated... With your idea, the 1 and 2 are mediocre too. By the end of the year, you don't have Awesome animes nor horrendous animes, only mediocre good and mediocre bad, making it even pointless to argue about an anime at all, and if that's the case it's no point in doing a score on an anime anymore, much less arguing if it's good or not. (see the point?) |

| If you enjoyed it, that's it. Ignore the reviews. Or check their profiles to find out the mean score is not higher than 5. (I wouldn't be surprised if they gave "Monster" a solid 1) I liked this anime. It's an 8 for me. |
