There is always the option for more. Since season 2 already was a lot different from season 1 - it doesn't necessarily mean that Joe quitting would mean an end to the anime.

He could as well be a coach/trainer for others.

Can't see him fighting anymore. + the stuff about Rosco probably will get revealed - leading to some trouble in the Megalo Boxing community.

No, I would not like a continuation of the series because it will ruin it. The only thing I would be okay for a continuation is a spin-off of Joe's younger age, which can be a prequel to the original megalo box. That way we can see what got him hooked onto boxing which would add more character depth to him in the first season rather than just an underdog story.

Hard to know. They didn't even plan a second season at first but first season was actually well received enough in the west that they actually decided to go for a second season so there's always a possibility, but I have a feeling that this possibility is really small.

I love this idea! I've always wondered about Joe's real name, and who he really was before he got involved in underground activities. It'd be so great to learn about his family ties from before he met everyone and Nanbu, and how he got so interested in megalo boxing.
