| Try harder AA2153, even if you have won the Top Rookie Award. Good thing AC1677 is rid of the caffeine problem last episode, and it's back to the liver, but things are less lively this time with the alcohol causing a fatty liver. And there are cells that just work adversely from the effects of a harmful body. No one can do about that. A blood clot heading to the pulmonary artery, that IS bad, leading to pulmonary embolism, or hypoxia. The job to dissolve the blood clot through delivering oxygen through the bronchial arteries for AA2153 and AC1677, an undermining task that follows up with the rest of the RBCs, and a job once again solved through a two-way street. Another situation where the WBCs are all lost, Houston calling out to them??? |

| So this dude didn't move and sleep for 2 days straight and drank a lot of alcohol, coffee and smoked... how it is even possible XDD and now another problem for him, I really think the body will die in the last episode |

| Oh shit, looks like this time due to the excessive amount of alcohol consumption, the liver is in pretty bad shape. The last time we saw the Liver, it was quite lively but this time it's really bad. Also, the Hepatocytes looks in a bad condition. But man, I hope I don't have those types of slacking Red Blood Cells. Thanks to our beautiful White Blood Cell, the boys(RBC) were able to escape from falling into the pit of Blood Clot. Damn, this body really needs to pick itself up otherwise his days are surely numbered. |

| Man the body sure is in bad shape. Looks like excessive overtime. The blood clot though sure was gruesome. Still the attempt to get through to the lungs via the bronchial arteries sure was an interesting if risky move. Its good that they managed to save the body this time but looks like the worst is come. |

| I liked the old lady at the start, the correct way to push up a promising youngster, by reminding them that titles, spotlights, and praises can get into their head, thus could make them underperforms. Damn, this body can't stop getting worse and worse, now 2 days without sleeping and just drinking alcohol, and not moving at all. Sounds like me when marathoning animes years ago, hahaha. Got caught in blood cloth, those bullies RBC deserved it. MC RBC is so smart for finding a way to stop it. MC WBC is very proud there. They are doing splendid jobs in their respective specialities in each of every eps. Great handshake in the end. They do helping each other a lot and being successful together in saving this messed-up body.   Another end of eps->next eps mystery, where are the other WBCs gone too? What kind of complication cause this disappearance? Why only MC WBC isn't gone? We'll find out in the next eps! |

| 2 days without sleeping? That's just insane. Since it's implied the body of this series belongs to a middle-aged salaryman, that must be the result of overworking and stress. The dude may be very inconsiderate with his body, but Japanese society is also to blame too. |

| Really isn't one second to rest in the body, always work, work and work. Another problem occurs as the blood clot blocks any oxygen to enter the pulmonary artery which will result in the body dying. Nothing is over until you give up and AA2153 finds anoher root to deliver oxygen to the lungs. He saved the say, a modern day hero xD. No White Blood Cells? How can this be? Can't wait for next week to roll around! This show is so damn entertaining and intriguing!! |

| Pulmonary embolism is really something to be careful about, but ... I didn't understand what was the main cause of it, why did the veins that caused the quadruple become thin? What specifically causes lack of sleep in them? I did not expect the 2 cells that were addicted to caffeine to have this purpose, I thought they would be saved but this is a black code ... The gases from the veins where the cells passed, are not in reality a problem for red blood cells? In these types of episodes sometimes I leave with more doubts than answers lol |

| Those losers RBCs finally dying might be of the most satisfying moments in this show. God were they annoying. So the dude didn't move for two days but wasn't sleeping... and was still drinking and smoking all the while. Hard to picture what he was doing, honestly. Even if he was working nonstop, it still sounds rather extreme. |
| Okay, this episode is so intensed to be honestly. Because the Rbc-kun fought againts one of the threshold of the death of those body: Pulmonary Embolism. Props to his quick thinking, by using such a cramped artery to supplied those oxygen through the lungs areas, until the clots got dissolved by themself. Such a heavy works .... First thing first, liver already impaired. Soon its reaching a liver failure completely that led to the cirrhosis. Another deadly line there, smh. Then, its a lot of blood clot within the lower torso, the calves areas, exactly. Its led them into the DVT, deep vein thrombosis, cause by a certain immobility of the lower torso part, and no sleeping status at two whole days! I may have a guess that this dude kinda be a maniac of game, or an accute heavy otaku or movies. Its kept him awake but not moving around one millimeter from his places, nor even sleeping, 2 days in a row. The result? That cruel thing called blood clot formed, and almost made him a dead meat, if those rbc-kun can't do a quick thinking! Was that all? Not enough. Because that poor voluptuous wbc-chan, found something wrong through her comrades! What the hell exactly happened to those world? |

| Pretty good episode. Damn bruh, the hell is this person doing with his body, 2 days without sleep and without moving at all while consuming alcohol, that's fucked. Didn't know the calves where that important that it's called "The second heart". All those red blood cells clumped together is creepy and disgusting, at least those 2 bitch ass red blood cells got what they deserved. Good job main red blood cell, truly living up to the top rookie title. The hell happened to the white blood cells damn. |

| Cheering over karma finally getting to those slacking RBCs is probably the only thing you can be happy about in this episode. 2 days without sleep, barely moving, and increasing amounts of smoking, alcohol and caffeine suggests this worker is on some insane overtime work. While they didn't need any drugs to help this time, the person would have surely felt the pain from that blood clot. Really doesn't feel right having such an upbeat ED at such a worrying cliffhanger xD Hope that WBCs 2 friends are ok though. They make a great trio :S |

| The body hasn't gotten sleep in two straight days, and has been in the same physical position the whole time? What kind of horrific job do they have? I've noticed this early on, but Code Black's situation isn't just about raising awareness for healthy life choices, but it also highlights unreasonable working conditions that result in poor health. |
