| Yep this episode was great and it hit hard First part was full of Comedy showing us Nitta's fam and they are likeable as well. Second half gives us drama and that good ol' slice of life. I just wanna hug Anzu, she's such a wholesome person. The Homeless squad departs hopefully just for now. I loveeedd the second half, money is something you work hard for and always remember how much work is done others do just to get it. When Anzu remembered the advice of Yassan and the others it shows that No matter what status you are in life , if you know your principles and know how to get along and share some personal advice with others , that advice can go a long way *holds back tears* |
| Yoshifumi's family is abnormal in the realm of anime families in which weirdness of all manners is the norm because they behave almost too normal like in the real world. LOL Goddamit Anzu! I thought I was watching a damn comedy, but why do I suddenly need tissues too?! *sniff* I hope the old guys are doing OK and the couple looks like they're good people, I'm glad she will be even better hands from now on. |

| Damn, this anime knows how the feels can hit you hardest when you’re not expecting them. Emotions kind of came flowing out of nowhere. First half I got my first actual audible chuckles and has truly cemented this as a comedy anime. Then the second half the feels hit me like a truck out of nowhere. And I was thinking about fast forwarding through the rest of this anime. Silly me |

| This show is surprisingly a lot about Anzu and I got love every bit of it. this was another emotional roller coaster of feels and tears. |
| hina should have ended up homeless instead of anzu and the boys. the only likeable character is yassan =) |
| They're showing some pretty heavy topics while remaining absolutely hilarious, but they still get serious when it's necessary and it is a completely natural transition. The timing on everything is on point. We went from "Nitta makes up a ridiculous story to avoid explaining his situation to his family" to "Nitta's family accepts Hina as part of the family" to full-on Anzu-powered waterworks in 20 minutes and it didn't feel weird, or wrong. |

| Anzu may have started with less than nothing especially compared to Hina winning the spawnpoint lottery, but she hit the jackpot when she met Yassan and the other homeless homies. Isn't Anzumatsuri supposed to be a comedy? Also, on a less sappy note, "Is chili shrimp where shrimp is all chilly-chilly?" has some serious "You mean to tell me a shrimp fried this rice?" energy. |
