| I didn't like how that Aoyanagi just concluded that Kitazawa is mentally ill.. I mean, come on.. the least they could do is try and investigate what he says.. Continuing from the first ep, I would not be surprised if Akane gets blamed for the bomb that went off provided if there are any casualties since she did not eliminate him first time itself.. also, I get the feeling that she is about to embark on a journey of self-realization soon. Mika is still bratty and bitchy and she is a totally irksome character. Anyday, I would prefer Oreo-senpai as the inspector rather than her.. |

| I really liked when Akane was lighting those cigarettes, probably thinking about Kougami. Also, I think Ginoza understood that when that therapist told her she shouldn't smoke much... :3 |

| Oh wow, this new antagonist actually cares about his fodder. I wonder what connection he has to Akane. That message in her room was creepy, I wonder if there's another hidden meaning to "What color?" I found it amusing when Mika blushed slightly when Yayoi intervened. With PP's track record I can only wonder if they have something going on. |

| this episode felt a lot better than the first although I'm still undecided psycho pass is in my favourites so it was always going to be hard to keep on par but atm bits seem interesting but some parts seem like carbon copies.... although the tribute for Kogami was nice :) |

| Akane's confidence is great. How she is holding her own, distributing the enforcers according to their capabilities is proof of how far she has come. The smoking scene was sad. She misses Ko. Can't wait for him to appear. I am pretty sure Mika has a crush on Yayoi. I hate how Mika treats the other enforcers though. Perhaps by the end of the season she will improve? I thought that wc stands for water closet too. That and who cares. But how did they get Akane's window? |

| Great episode :) I'm really surprise how Akane is acting like Kougami. Down from Smoking to Working out in the gym :P Akane as usual has the brains to figure what's going on. The Shimotsuki inspector is pissing me off. Disrespecting Ginoza like that, when back then she was scared as shit when one of her classmates got decapitated. Can't wait for the next episode. | I miss Shinya and this new villian does seem Shougo-esque. I think Akane is smoking and maybe working out because she misses Shinya. I think that's why she wanted to smell like cigarettes. | Akane misses Kogami... just like I do :( I hope Tougane lives to be a suitable replacement for Kogami. Also the story seems to be following an eerily similar path to last season. Not really a fan of how this season is playing out. It's pretty meh. |

| Mika was blushing in front of Yayoi.. I hope I'm not misinterpreting this xD The plot seems decent so far, but the antagonist doesn't give off the same charisma as Makishima. And pretty cute ritual that Akane is practicing there. |

| Shimotsuki worst character so far, she doesn't listen, doesn't trust her coworkers and have no respect whatsoever for anyone including Akane, her senpai. At least Ginoza tried to think putting aside his stubbornness (sometimes) last season, even tho he was a hard headed. I really hope Mika gets a proper development cuz if she doesn't, I doubt I can enjoy this season as much as the first one (plus not Kougami so far and I miss him goddamnit). |
| I thought Akane was really smoking but it seems like she just wants the smell, reminds her of Kogame, damn! Seems like Tougane is like Kogame, but I still have my suspicions on him especially on that OP animation sequence of him. |
| damn this episode was even better than the first, the direction and the OST is still making very good police theme anime. akane lightning cigarettes is too much bold reference to kougami lol. don't like so much the other inspector, but i get what they wanted to do wit it. |

Tougane is definitely going to be the main enforcer this season. My dude is extremely pale tho lol. So he was a therapist, that’s interesting. I wonder what happened to him that caused his crime coefficient to increase. So it is, WC: What Colour? Who is this new dude. You’re literally the one who technically killed them. Once again nobody can replace Makishima. |

| Looks like there is no good plot after the first season. I mean, ok, she handled the reality of what the psycho pass is and how it works, but what then? Like the main character shifted, and it looks like it's not that good planned scenario. I will see what this second season gives but I don't have much hope. I am binging without the interest... |
