| I guess Askeladd will receive a reward vor saving Canute? Probably some sort of poisonous offer like 2nd in command of the Wales expedition or so. Seeing him being caught off guard was really unexpected. I hope Thorfinn will start to recover from now on. I have not seen him being this likeable in forever. |

| Great great music to compliment the scenes. Super emotional. I thoroughly have enjoyed Leif’s presence in the last couple episodes. I think he may have gotten thru to Thorfinn. Maybe that’s exactly what he needed to hear. His vengeance against Askeladd has proven futile. Thors said best that there is no need for revenge. Askeladd is shoooook about the Wales situation. I wonder how he will handle that? Great episode. Finale is gonna be sweet |

| Before we know it, episode 24 is less than a week away. I'm going to miss the hell out of this show. I hope Thorfinn reconsiders going back, even for a bit. |

I could just see this ending as a short version of Vinland Saga and be off with it. It’s just that the author didn’t design the series for something like this. It stops growth and things to cover after Thorfinns revenge, making it underwhelming. Maybe I slightly overreacted there as I always do when I first discover things, but I’m sticking to my ground that these change will only bring negativity. Apologies. |

| Tbh, it was hard for me to see the way Thorfinn was treated. It seems like Askeladd's plan didn't go accordingly. Sad to know that the next episode is the final ~ hopefully we get a season 2? |

| Why do I have the feeling that Leif might die soon? Anyways, it was another very good episode. Askeladd is really a mama's boy... not that I can blame him tho. Now with the king's intention to invade Welsh, I'm quite intrigued in knowing what kind of plan he will come up with. One more episode to go. Based on some comments, I wonder if there will actually be a second season. |

| The best parts of this episode were, as usual, Askeladd and Thorkell. I would add Leif as well. His speech to Thorfinn was really emotional. Askeladd, just when he though everything is under his control, was checked. I wonder how it will end. I just hope he won't die, or at least won't die soon, lol. One episode left, sadly. |

| Once again, my stomach was in knots! To think that this was a person's real life is incredible! I really wish that Thorfinn would snap out of it! If he doesn't get his shit together soon, he's either gonna die or end up in worse shit! I can't believe that Sweyn is going after Wales... it looks like he's got Askeladd trapped with that too! Askeladd might have to let them attack Wales in order to keep his plan going which will be so sad! Man, i can't believe the next episode is the last one! If there's no season 2 i will RIOT! |

| Reflecting back on how much I was an idiot at this period of time. I acted like the anime was complete shit when they turned towards an odd direction with Thorfinn and was afraid of the ending completely changing. Glad I was wrong and I feel like a moron for ranting about how "bad the director is" and scoring it a "1/10" Some guy called me pathetic, and they were right. Hah. |

| I can tell that this episode marks a major turning point for Thorfinn. Perhaps he'll have a change of heart and become a likeable character. |
| Beside the fact that few epsiodes ago Askeladd said that Wales will be safe for their help now he must thing twice than before. Pressure on Askeladd is real. |
