Since this seems to be more of a political comedy, I am expecting more from this than a usual isekai adaption. Maybe it will turn into a less serious version of Grancrest Senki?

I liked the manga. I think it’ll be a decent anime.

Idk if your looking for political intrigue within the isekai genre but if you are my personal favs are in no particular order:

Isekai Kenkokuki
Wortenia Senki
Genjitsushugisha no Oukokukaizouki
Risou no Himo Seikatsu
Isekai Tensei Soudouki

All are manga adapted from LNs but these are some that come from the top of my head.

I hope it gets at least two cour, or else I think its gonna feel extremely rushed if it wants to get to the juicy parts of the plot since i thought the beginning was kinda slow.

Personally, I enjoy all Isekai Anime. This one in particular gives me the impression of a "No Game, No Life" show, as the main protagonists are basically unrivalled in terms of everything, when compared to the rest people.

This is the only thing that troubles me. I wish for the main heroes to be in dire situations that they cannot overcome easily. Being challenged and fighting for survival are 2 different things. I doubt that this show will be full of action unlike similar shows of the same genre.

I will give it a try, however I doubt that it will satisfy me. I get enough politics every day, so I want the Anime shows that I watch to offer something out pf this world, something thag I will not find here. NGNL was an exception for me, as it was executed quite well.

Anyway, to sum up this will probably start as an Isekai, but it will evolve into something different towards the end of the series.

There are not much of comedy here, but it's still good and one of the isekai where the MC is more than one (though Tsukasa is more dominant). There are seven heroes/heroines summoned. The summary said they are super, but actually they doesn't have superpower. They just the best and unrivaled in their own skill.

The first is the strongest swordswoman in the world.
The second is the best doctor in the world.
The third is the best magician in the world.
The fourth is the best inventor in the world.
The fifth is the most professional businessman in the world.
The sixth is a ninja and the best journalist in the world.
The seventh is their leader (The dominant MC among them), a prime minister, a genius, and the best politician in the world.

And you know, all of them are still in high school!

I feel that this becomes a useless exercise of how people talk so well about their novel, but when I comes to watching the anime it simply proves to be as mediocre as ever.
You tell me that each character here has something special? it's probably that the only one who focuses is the protagonist, and it seems that he is the only one who will have a harem since the elf in the trailer has more time on screen than the protagonist himself.

I can’t guarantee that you’ll like this series but I’m just going to say as a manga reader I feel confident in saying that one, more then just the main character gets the spotlight, two their is no harem with the characters and our MC has a crush on the elf girl, and three the seven main characters in total are like a squad team and use their talents to help each other and the little village they are staying at

It isn't generic on its own. But only time will tell if the adaptation is generic. Isekai anime get the laziest adaptations in most cases.

If there is one concern I have about this being a manga reader is the pacing. This has a slow build up and it would be tragic to see this getting a speed adaption just to get to the action parts.

I am honestly surprised this got an anime... Works as a manga, but that only because I don't need to pay for it. The story is nothing exceptional, because the characters are all super genius level - they are all in high school apparently, yet at the same time the main protagonist is the Japanese Prime Minister (yup, while in high school), one is a super inventor that basically lives on a space station, another one is a super entrepreneur, one is a super doctor that can heal anyone trough basically magic, because nothing she does looks like medicine (for example, on a battlefield she starts to heal wounded soldiers doing surgeries without even having the medication or without blood transfusions and shit) and there is also a super samurai girl... cuz why not. So they are superhumans basically who end up in a magical medieval world, and have little difficulties in solving the conflicts thrown at them by the story, and the way they do is ridiculous - like they use the scarps from the plane that crashed them in this world to build a nuclear plant and a factory in which they make tools... of aluminum... like for real - they make shovels of aluminum to for agriculture and even weapons. And stuff like that. It feels like a self-fulfillment web novel a 14yo would publish on Wattpad. So it would be a pretty below average anime, taking in consideration that it's done by a shitty studio too... Not good isekkai. But at least those who love to shit on issekai genre, will have one more target, right?

Didn't sound generic for me, but one thing that the same is ... the MC is genius/talented/superpower and they can even rule the world. Eventhough they have 7 MC, i think it will be predictable as well, and maybe not fun because I don't think it is comedy.
I'm okay with genius/talented/overpowered MC but i want the enemies on the same level too. And I don't think i'd find that here.
Besides, there are another isekai show about to come in the same season such as Shinchou Yuusha and Kemono Michi which got pretty comedy on it. I highly doubt this show could get many attention. But, i think i'll give a try on it next october.

I don't need to meet you to know that you're one of those guys who hates isekai. You made me laugh because you act like you know a story by reading people's views and the summary. FYI, they're not focusing on one character. There are seven MCs and each one of them have their own screen time. And there is not harem. There are two girls (one is his classmate and the other is the elf) who have crush on him. But you know crushes doesn't count as harem member as long as they're not his lover, and we can't even say it's a harem because there are only two girls.

I agree that this is not going to become a good anime. But don't say they're overpowered. The villains in the first arc doesn't pose a threat to the MCs, but the main villain in the second arc is too powerful that many people including the MCs almost die.

I will give 6/10 for this series.

Agreed this series deserves an anime, it's good.

Regarding Seven Prodigies it's decent.

Looks like it might be a crappy version of Doctor Stone with overpowered self insert wish fulfillment characters; but there is a chance it could be pretty good since the concept sounds like it could be great if executed well. I'm guessing though it's gonna be middle of the road of both of those and end up being a pretty average show, maybe slightly above average carried mostly by its concept.

Can't be worse than this season so perhaps there is something to expect here. I'm not familiar with the source story, and I haven't seen many series I liked from this studio, so I don't know if I am going to watch this one.

I will be just waiting for the spider's isekai, whenever it comes out.

i hope the studio doing it right!

it was never about survival really. It was more how to prevent themselves from drastically changing the world by getting serious or as they say destroy the world.

7 for the price of one, so totally "not" generic.

Ep. 1, already choking on the fanservice, oh my...
And the premise of 'world's top school kids' itself, come on! xD
Can't see it any other way than a parody, really.
Otherwise it would be just way too God awful ridiculous.

Description sounds interesting. The description only though ... if I see the char design of those 7 chars ... I really don't want to watch it. Sounds like there would be room for politics and stuff - which I like. But looking at the pics and PV makes it seem like they are going to go the comedy route with some annoying kids and their usual annoying behaviour.

On second note them building a nuclear power plant that quick (like the description promises) also does sound more like a bit of comedy or at least not too serious. From all of the Isekai this season where I read the description the one with the wrestler sounds the most promising - but probably something I wouldn't want to watch more than 12 episodes. (Getting repetitive I guess?)

Haven't watched any episodes 1 so far though. Waiting for the planned shows - and with tons of sequels >I already have a lot. Giving the Isekai a try should I drop lots of the other planned stuff. Otherwise no room in my schedule such a promising season that offers tons of other stuff.
