Right after the Aogiri arc there's a bit of a time skip and there's a lot less focus on Kaneki and more on the CCG, pretty similar to how the anime is doing it right now. We should be getting a lot more of Kaneki in this next arc though. |

There's still plenty of Kaneki, just not quite as much as there is in the Aogiri arc and the arcs before it where he's the focus of almost every chapter. Anyway if the anime is going to end like a lot of us think it will then it will all be coming back to Kaneki. |

| Good episode, but it was mostly about backstory of characters. Well it seems Kaneki can't control his Kakuja. Nice to see Juuzou's backstory and how Yukinori helped him(even though he's still one crazy kid) Man i can't wait for the BD's! That scene with Juuzou doing his artistry will be magnificent. Man i thought Touka was smart :O Seems she's kinda struggling a bit. Drunk Akira is best Akira!! This is how Chihayafuru would sound like if she's drunk XD Lol poor Takizawa. Seems Akira still has some grudge against Amon for failing to help Mado-san. Tbh i never felt anything for Mado-san. He's crazy, and he seemed like a bad guy at first. Maybe the manga portrayed more sympathetically? Still seeing how he has a daughter like Akira, it kinda blows my mind how different they are compared to solving these cases. I already see Akira meeting Rabbit(Touka) and have a fight for revenge for Mado. Lol the ED showed Kaneki transforming as they watched on the TV. 7 episodes left :( I really hope they make a Season 3! Can't wait for the next episode! |
| Juuzou had a hard life, no wonder is kinda crazy, but still, I can't help but like him a bit...I am curious about Shiro and Kuro, hope to see a bit of their story soon. Amon had a hard time here lol Akira + Amon would be a interesting couple... |

| All right, this was a great episode even by manga standards, I think... too bad Akira didn't take off her pants, but that's a small sacrifice. Oh man I loved the OST during the scene with Amon and Akira at the diner. That was just so beautiful it gave me goosebumps. Character development episodes are truly the best. |

| Okay, loved Suzuya's backstory. And felt a bit awkward when he turned out to be a guy e.e I thought she was a girl, all along! ~_~ And Amon be like, "Orgasm-orgasm-orgasm...PUSHUPS!" XD Loved his other side. A lot of morality, ain't he? :3 Akira hates him, and loves him. Awesome! Touka's so bad at Japanese :v And omg, Kaneki's going through one hell of a pain within him, ain't he? I hope he doesn't get hurt when the Owl gets terminated! :( |

| Damn I laughed so much at the restaurant scene :D Akira and Takizawa being drunk - the phone call: "Hello Takizawa? It's the bastard" Rei / Yuuzou had a messed up childhood apperently, forced to kill people, being raised by ghouls. I think Akira and Amon are great together, love the chemistry. |

Amon and Akira were funny and he did push ups all night to keep his mind of her, well ... who knew he was like that. Maybe not quite the gentleman he looks, maybe a bit of a player.
