| Fairy Heart is nothing against the fire of Natsu that can burn even time itself as law of thermodynamics says entropy is time (arrow of time that is) and Natsu with his fire even destroys entropy i guess lol wtf is that scince vs magic stuff there |
| WTF Acnologia should have been finished by Natsu. Well this is Fairy Tail -so maybe/probably Acnologia and co. are not dead and he is the final boss; there is still a couple of hours left to go. |

| I'm only gonna say this: I absolutely hated the way a super op character like Acnologia was defeated. Imo, that was a load of shit. Not the way i expected at all. And it was really underwhelming. Oh well, what is done is done. On the other hand, i kinda liked how Natsu finished Zeref, there's that positive point to this episode.. Lucy the mvp of Natsu vs Zeref fight btw. Those hacker skills to rewrite the END book came in handy. |

| Yep definitely watching Fairy Tail - Zeref: ultra op, unlimited magic power, can even control time -> burned by natsu's- oh no sorry,by *Fairy Tail's* flames - Acnologia: super op, strongest entity if not for Zeref who was supposed to be undying -> pushed into some time rift - - - yaaay And then Ichiya had to sacrifice himself too dammit IF neither Zeref nor Acnologia return by some other ridiculous turn of events we will most likely get at least a good finish- leaving fights out. Or at least I hope for one.. Like what happens after: etc |

| I've been looking forward to hearing that one line from Zeref: "the raging fire of wild emotions!", and the rest of the things he says to describe Natsu's fire. I don't think it can any more shounen-like than that. Just... No. |

| That damn music gets me every time. Even though those "fights" were hella anticlimatic, the soundtrack just makes it alright to watch. But Acnologia not getting defeated by a dragon slayer was still quite disappointing. I hoped that Zeref would fight Acnologia at some point and then maybe have a three-way fight with Natsu as well. |

| And so the era of Zeref is over, Mavis seems like she's ready to kill him with her plan. I'd be lying if I didn't like this better than the manga but friendship power undefeated. Just a meh whatever feeling, but that music got to me like it always does. Looking forward to that final battle, no way people believe Acnologia will end like that. The 7 Dragon Slayers need to slay that man to end the series. |

| I'm glad this absurdity of a fight with Zeref has already ended. Imagine gaining God-like powers able to manipulate the very space-time, only for your lil bro to defeat you with the "flames of emotion". Simply pathetic. The fight was dragged off, boring, with shit animation and with a garbage ending. Probably the worst hero vs main villain fight I have ever seen in a shounen anime. Thank God it is finally finished. Thankfully the Ichiya/Anna part saved this otherwise shitty episode. My man Ichiya is just too good for this arc. Ichiya x Anna is also the OTP this manga needs, so much even Mashima supports it.  |

| That was by far the best episode of the season. It was epic and finally on the usual level for a Fairy Tail episode. I don't care what any of you people say; Ichiya might have been a creeper but i loved him since he was first introduced and i mourn his death deeply! haha I can't be the only one who's sad about the whole Zeref thing right? I mean i just cannot hate the guy. He's done some terrible things but who the fuck wouldn't after centuries of being pushed to the brink of insanity, loss and sorrow? |

| As much as I loved Natsu's final attack against Zeref, Ichiya stole this episode. MEEEN!!! No. If that's a no, you should have tuned out since episode 8, season 1, since that's when Natsu's fire was first referenced to be like that as an actual type of magic. | This annoying series as saw further ruined by dead animation, but seriously though, I couldn't stop laughing during this episode... was it just me. Natsu's emotions won't Ichiya was a gentleman, Anna couldn't play the hero.. and them standing in the water, I'm pretty sure you can't float like that. |

| This episode was so good. I got a Jerza moment and I cried when Ichiya sacrificed himself and the Fairy Tail themes were playing in the background. |

I'm trying not to be bitter and critical here about the pinnacle of shounen nakama powerup wild fire emotion cheese -- and Natsu just winging it with another OHKO on God-man Zeref -- and just take it as it is, because this was a really good episode. Imagine 200 episodes ago thinking ICHIYA OF ALL CHARACTERS would sacrifice himself to save Jellal (!) and be responsible for Acnologia's defeat. ACNOLOGIA! I remember on some episode discussion thread a long time ago complaining that Ichiya is one of the most obnoxious meme characters in the show and embodies why I find FT's comedy cringe sometimes. Not anymore. F for my MAN Ichiya. I'm finally, after 6 years (!), caught up (with the dub), and what an episode to end on. I'm really, really excited for the Zeref/Mavis culmination next episode. If it's done right, it'll end up in the list of heaviest buckets of tears FT moments along with Lisanna's reunion, Gray mourning Ultear's sacrifice, and Mavis' confrontation with her illusion of Zera at the end of FT Zero. Ahhh, Fairy Tail. When you're good, you're so good, but when you're bad... man, you're so, so bad. |

| Ahhhh yeah the flames of friendship burning time itself. Doesn't matter what arbitrary title the bad guys have (God etc), it's all nonsense in the eyes of Hiro-sensei. What a meme. Btw Zeref, weren't you like 2 steps from walking into a portal at the end of last ep? Maybe I am mistake, but like don't fucking fight Natsu and just walk through your portal to the past. Don't even get me started on how the (arguably) strongest villain in the series is beat by getting rammed with a ship. Strong enough to dismember Guildarts (who is in FT so you know he is ungodly op), but apparently decides to instead gently squeeze Jellal for a good for few mins. |

| Nakama power and the plot armor is strong here. Zeref claimed to have limitless with magical power after achieving the Fairy Heart. Strangely enough he got beaten by Natsu's "emotional" bs fire. As I have told myself, I gave up using logic here. Just trying to lay back and enjoy the show (if it's possible at all). It would be hilarious if Ichiya went into the time rift with a "meeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeen", but oh well this works too. Hard to have any affection for Anna. We have only seen here through a very few ep. So it's hard to have any affection of her "death". Knowing this series probably no one of the good guys are dead. Give it 1-2 ep. they will all be back. ^^ The highlight of the ep. was this flashback. Hmm, this series have indeed one of the best fanservice out there. Gray and Natsu you are two lucky bastard. |

| So they just had to ram a giant metal stuff powered by mere lacrima to push the most powerful dragon that ever existed. Very smart indeed, now acnologia is defeated in the most easy way. Nice! I only liked Lucy's determination to write the book and Gray really helped. |

| Natsu's wound disappeared. Acnologia grabs Jellal. Burning time itself? Anna's driving the boat. Anna survived that Final Destination scene. Ichiya! They pushed Acnologia through. Raging fire of emotion? Natsu sent Zeref flying. They disappeared. Zeref can't move? Zeref's hair. Natsu says bye nii-chan. Dat ending. Emotions of fire beat a man who should be god. That's our Fairy Tail. 2 chapters. They didn't show a piece of Lucy's pantsu when they showed her looking down. They added that roof falling on Anna. |
