| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Wow this was just... bad.. First off, if you watched the series in dubbed, don't watch this, because it's all different voice actors and the voices don't match the characters.. They don't even know how to pronounce the names correctly in this dub.. SO FAIL. The story well.. isn't there, it's basically just a bad piece of filler that has no point, it tries to end up in being a comedy and fails at that too... |
| It's not that bad. It's stupid, but if you look at it as purely supplemental from a non-critical standpoint, it's an acceptable short. The dub sucks, but that's not a fault of the work itself, and can't be used as a legit criticism. |

| I watched this dubbed hoping for the voices I am use to, as I am about 36 episodes in, and the movie came out the same time 38 did. I was sadly mistaken, and had to deal with a horrific dub. The story was very meh, I was expecting a bit more from a Yu Yu Hakusho movie, but then I saw the length of the movie and realized to put my expectations low, I never thought I'd give something Yu Yu Hakusho below a 6. |

| So all this was for Koashura's revenge on Koenma for taking his girl. Those 10000 spankings he'll have to endure, Damn! Koashura should've been a regular in the TV series, he's such a funny cute person. What was more funny though was Yusuke's magma lucky defeat on Yasha! But overall it wasn't a good movie but they did their best, and the animation quality was lacking. 6/10. |

| Standard shonen filler writing. 5/10 as it moves a lot, nice scenes of 2d background animation. |
