| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Hahaha, Rimuru is having the time of his life with these elves. First half of this episode gave me a good laugh until Rimuru got chained up. Ouch. That minister also deserved to get beat up tbh. Rest of the episode is interesting especially with how humans are treated in such a complex kingdom of rules and their trial system. There's not much action but the episode managed to sell the drama pretty well imo. (with the music even added to bring a better experience) |

| I expected cliches the moment that minister appeared, but this development was rather unexpected. Damn, that king seems dangerous. I hope it won't break lighthearted atmosphere of this show :/ |

the King apparently have the skill to sense power too, he knows not to mess around with Rimuru, especially when he befriend a legendary tsundere dragon nice now onto the 3 adventures |

| Interesting episode. Rimuru's slime form sure is to his advantage when interacting with the ladies. Kaijin's past sure was interesting and did well in showing the reason for the hatred between him and the minister. The trial though was fun but the hero trying to recruit Kaijin was unexpected. Though at least the trial ended with just exile thanks to the hero. In the end Vesta really just craved attention and ended up becoming misguided. Though it looks like the hero isn't as just as he seems to be. |

| This was surprisingly emotional. King-dono not beeing an oblivious douch, minister-san actually feeling bad about it and wanting to serve his king, King getting hurt by Blacksmith not wanting to rejoin him. I feel bad for everyone involved. Even the minister. This is surprisingly good. And 24 episodes - noice |

| Man, really appreciate the level of metal 8-bits put, even fleshing out minor character like the Minister! New visual for the ED and it gives me more reason to reread Tensura LN! Is it only me that they totally forget about Gobuta? |
| It's good, but i like how they presented the story WAY more in the manga, like when Bester/Vester/Vesta first entered the bar and just pour the liquid on Rimuru and he says 'Oops, my hand slipped' without saying anything first, and after the trial when king Gazelle show the full recovery potion that healed the miner and Bester looks it in awe and wants to learn how to make it and then the king told him that that slime is the one who make it and now he is gone because of you, it instantly fills Bester with regret and guilt and imo WAY more impactful than the anime since Bester already in shocked state when the king told him the truth. Not to mention Bester/Vesta and King Gazelle looks WAY better in the manga IMO. 3/5 for this episode |

Even though this episode was toned down from the previous episodes, it's still a good time to watch. Those people have their hopes too high... And is the new ED a foreshadow of what to happen? If so, I'm hooked! |

| Oh man Ogres are coming up!!! I like how the one was super serious and then transformed into a business suit lol. Is that Rimuru's plans for clothing? Making all formal cloths for these creatures? if so thats fucking awesome and hilarious. I am actually looking forward to seeing Gobtas reaction being left in prison lol. I liked the fact that Rimuru and the King called each other a beast that is fucking awesome. Aww man there's ALWAYS a ninja elf in hiding lol. I wonder what the king meant when he said "You captured the Proxy?" I wonder what the Proxy is/was? |

| Ah! I found the first part really boring, because the narrative rhythm was too slow, then in the light of what happened at the end of the episode, there is the regret of having wasted time to make the whole thing more exciting and interesting episode. I like the new ending. |

| Finally, a decent episode after the first four episodes. I expected that the minister was just a generic evil guy but I'm a bit surprised about his past. Actually, it makes more sense. Also, Kaijin's past was rather unexpected. I hope that the next episode be like this. The first four episodes were very boring. |

| Damn, this was actually a really good episode, it's not that the others were bad...but this one was just so good. That was a great surprise, to know that the King knew about everything that happened all this time, glad that the other guy was fired. So with new people,i guess that Rimuru will transform that village into a city? xD |

| Like last episode, the pacing is extremely slow, and little to no progress was made in the plot of the show. Not to mention the fact that the OP is still a huge spoiler. I can't believe it's episode 5 and we still haven't seen the character with blue hair, which I'm assuming is Rimuru. Sigh... 3/5 |

| Pretty boring episode, really. I could see what it was going for and all, but it just didn't interest me whatsoever. |
