| First part of the episode a bit redundant in the explanations, not all the explanations but they are, but then begins the interesting phase with a post apocalyptic scenario, which puts some interest in the vision of the episode. |

| Well done RBC! She has become a senpai! Although she may still seem as clumsy as her usual self, when the body demands, it could always rely on RBC including her to do their jobs. WBC first impression for the new RBC must be very bloody... What now... A hemorrhagic shock? Damn, this human body is infested with problems! Of course, all the RBC in the wounded are is gone, because [b]the blood vessel burst and exploded like a fucking nuke! |

| Holy shit. Everything was so sweet at first and now the person is fucking dying. I know I expected something like that for the final but that was quite a shock. The bgm in the second part who sounded like a heart beating was very well done. |

| This ep hits close to home cuz my grandmother recently got hospitalized for a subdural hematoma which is a type of hemorrhage ;~; it sucks cuz she's 88, which means it's very veryyyyyy dangerous since her body can't heal itself as well. Luckily, she's stable now. I'm actually watching this at the rehab facility she got transferred to, so yeh. I'm happy Sek became much more senpai-like in dire situations. She also has great stamina prolly cuz she's used to running around extra for getting lost all the time lol. The cold didn't faze her like it did her kouhai; that was cool of her, huehue *O* |
| The first half felt like a recap that can be found in the final episode of some shows. Given the sudden segue into the second half, it was rendered as primarily consisting of useless filler, although it did nicely introduce the kouhai and setup the contrast in demeanor between her and our klutzy Red Blood Cell. As clumsy and airheaded as she may be, her experience and growth are displayed through how calm and collected she remained once the catastrophe occurred. That second half pulled off the atmosphere rather well, being quite ominous, mysterious, and eerie. I had an odd Attack on Titan vibe when the disaster struck , but apparently the kouhai shares the same seiyuu as Mikasa which would factor into that. |

| Red's first time guiding someone throughout the whole circulation process was very pleasant because her short attention span and friendly connections with other cells made for nice distractions along the way. Rookie might know all about what a Red Blood Cell does but it must be her first meeting all of the other kinds of cells in person. The whole hemorrhagic shock incident truly was shocking and seeing all of this chaos and destruction happening mere seconds after everyone's just happy without a worry in the world was very tough to watch. The red blood cells disappeared and all White can do is stare at the lifeless rubble in despair... |

| Probably one of the best episode, it had a little bulshit and nice plot developement between Senpai and her Kouhai. Wonder what happened though, massive damage in the head area and the blood loss, can't be good. Well, the last episode the next time. |

| OMG RBC became a senpai although the kouhai is the one who seems like guiding her. I'm so happy how she pointed out the positive things about WBC and how WBC is concern about her OMG wonder what will happen about the damage |

| What in the world happened to the body now? Did it get into an accident? They've declared a state of emergency and huge ass wound opened up. These cells are so damn unlucky to be living in a body that's always under attack. We get a lovely moment with Red Blood Cell guiding her junior and Neutrophil looking out for her from afar and then the next minute, boom, hemorrhage! The tension in this episode is so high. |

| Based on the impact/explosion and the resulting effects I would guess they're dealing with blood loss from a gunshot wound. Whoever owns this body gets themselves into a variety of shit ^_^ |

| most intense catastrophic episode as of yet! i just commented because S2 has been released and i stopped watching S1 ep 11...so i catching-up so that i could start watching S2! and black spin-off as well...hehehe 5/5. |

| First half was pretty much RBC failing at being a senpai. And WBC made the best first impression ever xD Second half was pretty tense though, wonder what's going on... either the body received a blow to the head or maybe it's brain surgery? |
| Why people are complaining about the first half? It was very entertaining and funny imo. I loved it. Sekkekkyuu NT4201 is also a very pretty character. The second half was rather scary and dramatic. If that person would die, then all of those cute and precious characters would die with him/her. That's a depressing thought. |

| WTf, this episode was so good. Since the relationship senpai-kouhai between the red blood cells (being very funny), until the catastrophe. I'm really excited for the next episode. |

| AE-3803 with her kohai really had me question at times who the true senpai was, but there are bigger things to worry about with that catastrophic disaster going on. |

| What better way to transition from goofy Red Blood adventures to grim post-apocalyptic wasteland than with a nuke on the body? The absolute lack of RBCs in the wound is damn eerie even if they're all somehow safe. |
| Overall enjoyable episode, the second half of the episode was amazing i want expecting the body to get so damaged. Its not looking good. I hope everything goes well. |

| They make it so suspenseful with the large destruction and the red and white blood cells sense of urgency. |
