| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- It's back! Right from the start, I got an uncomfortable feeling as we see some events in the past. Given the context of the continuation, they reintroduced the main characters. Some other familiar faces are back too including Hanna! Suzuko still feels like the same character as I remember. Also, the psychologial feel of the card battles are back. I hope it will be exciting season, seems everything is familar with the franchise. |

"damn, it would be damn cool if they did actually bring cast from the first season now" > and go to look at the poster, holyfck, there's Aki-lucky and mc from s1 here > goes on hype > continue watching > was kinda sad since after almost 3/4 time went still no hint of cast from s1, then the near end happen > goes goddamn hype again I honestly didn't even like Ruuko that much, but the plot where every strong chars gathers always get me hyped so much :9 now I wonder who's gonna be Ruuko LRIG, the poster hinting it was gonna be Tama (since she was positioned above Ruuko), but I personally want Iona to be her LRIG, or the poster just throw us some random LRIG, since there's Carnival and the berserker LRIG in there too :P. One thing for sure, it's not gonna be Mayu, since that's gonna be too OP for Ruuko side :9 well, either way I'm pretty much hyped for this season, let's just hope they wouldn't step on my hype later on... Edit : Just went and watch the OP, ok, Tama as LRIG confirmed... dammit, I want my Iona back :', and I find it hilarious since Tama was like, hogging all the spotlight in the OP, I mean, they didn't even showed Riru in the OP other than the first few second, lol. sick fight too, but for the song, still can't beat both of Kanon Wakeshima OP imo. |

Anyway, I still have high hopes from this as it will heavily reference the Peeping Analyze manga about Kiyoi/Piruluk's past and Remember will also appear, the bitch that killed her friend, so a revenge battle will be cool to see.. |

| Well, i didn't know anything about the OVA, so this episode was fine by me. First and second generation cast are coming together to put an end to this cursed cycle! looks promising, let us wish for a great new season!!╭☞( ͡~ ͜ʖ ͡°)╭☞ Actually i was a little over hyped there cuz the episode was kind of boring and im trying to compensate, i really hope it get better once the "real" 1st episode kicks in. |
| True, this first episode was part of the missing link oav, but since it wasn't translated i now understand better what they talking about. The good part of the whole Wixoss tv franchise is the tensions and climax with the dark music, and this episode don't disappoint my expectations. Also is interesting to have the main characters, expecially Tama, of the first season back here in force. 5/5 |
| I didn't realise that there was on OVA, so that was news to me. Apart from that, it's good to see Wixoss back once more to continue where Incited left off. Going by the feeling of the first episode, Kiyoi feels like she's the main protagonist, going by what she told Hanna and Homura and what her ultimate goal is, along with her fore-warnings about Carnival and what she's up to now. All of them will be involved in the Wixoss battles again, whether they like it or not, so it'll be good to see some returning characters from last season again. Not just that, but that also includes the characters from the Selector series as well. Ruko appearing at the end was a big hype moment for me. Same goes for the OP animation which showed Tama as a LRIG. Interesting since she is a normal human girl now.... Anyway, this was a pretty good episode and the OP song was pretty addictive too. =) |
| WIXOSS and it's great openings! Yas! Last season was shit, but I was expecting some connection between Selector and Lostorage after the outdoors with Akilucky and the black-haired girl. My soul died a bit when Ruuko showed up. Finally! And we're going to see Akilucky again, HOLY SHIT I LOVE HER SO MUCH I'M SO HAPPY. Also my favorite baby incest girl is gonna be back as well. Hope she gets some nice screentime. And a girl wishing to date other girls would be nice as well, c'moon WIXOSS. |

| Oh well, at least I can add the OVA to my completed list. I wanted to watch it and never got around it actually so this spares me the effort XDDDDD. Anyway, I will accept it as a first episode since I didn't see it previously. Pretty glad that we got some due explanations and mixing in some of the cast of the first two seasons is a great idea. I wonder if this season will finish the story. How does this anime have so many seasons anyway? I mean, it's pretty unique but nothing groundbreaking. Not that I am complaining. I hope Suzuko can get back Chinatsu's memories. Also hype for Ruuko and Tama. |

| Seeing Ruu's cast all grown up puts a tear in my eye. Yuzuki back too! And damnnn look at Yuzuki in the OP, she's so massive, like half a head taller than Ruu. It's not even a proportion/distance to camera issue because Yuzuki was standing behind Ruu and yet she's taller. In seasons 1&2 she was the same height as Ruu. |
