That's quite a numer of JRPGs. Did you have any issues playing Fate games on a small screen? I played some on my PS Vita, and it hurt my eyes, since the text was too small..

Also, what Pokemon games did you play?

As for Persona, I only played 2 & 3, so I may not be the best person to tell, you, but the series is immersive, so there's a good chance you will like it. Since it's episodic, you won't need to play the older games. From the modern ones, I started with Persona 3:Portable, since I wanted to know about the old ones, I really like to be knowledgeable about the series I play.

I played Symphone 1 after the 2nd, so it felt old for me, maybe if I played it at its time I would have liked it more. It's true fighting with monsters is not the best thing to do (unless the game is Pokemon), but the other characters made up for it :>

I thought about playing it, but I felt like it was already spoiled on me. And now I am watching Steins;Gate 0, the same is happening again. Maybe the new route will make that up for me, I wonder.

That's nice to know. Maybe the issues are just within Ertone or something... What JRPGs did you play on PSP? Persona 3? Yes, the Vita doesn't have exclusives that much, so it's only for those who prefer portability above all.

mhmm, I remember getting Xillia 2 on day one, and I was so happy back then. Ludger may be a bit overpowered, but that didn't make me enjoy the game any less. The time skip, and the way the characters integrated themselves into the city life was refreshing too. The battles in Xillia is my favorite too, something about them feels so lively. Did you dislike Symphonia 2? I remember the series fans complained about it a lot. I find it better than the original myself..... I played Vesperia on Xbox 360, as that was the only option for me, I didn't have PS3, so I couldn't play it even if I want to....

I think emulating the Xbox 360 is way easier than the PS3, but it may still be a while before it happens.

Thank you for the info! I am still in the fence about getting it, but maybe I will do that eventually. Some of the things I hear about it are promising, usually when a game has a sequel, it means it's worth looking at. I find myself liking menu-based battle systems more. If I ever made a game for my characters, it will be like that.

I like both styles, but the adventure style one is more fun. The town style feels nice in that you have a place to go back to all the time, it feels much easier to manage your time that way... I am not fan of Open-World games to be honest, but I know that many people like it.

I see about Annie, I once tried to like a game, and I played it for quite some time, but it didn't work. It happened with more than a game. I hope you get to like Annie~

Getting platinium trophy from the 2nd play-through is actually good. I struggled a lot with Gino's events, otherwise, I did quite well with the other characters.

Yes, Steam has many of these loveys now. I keep hearing about bugs in different games, like frame rates issues in Firis. Do you get that? I sometimes feel like gaming in PC, but I tend to like playing in a different room, so I didn't get to it. I heard good things about Utawarerumono games (The PS Vita is one good device to play those loveys too).

I soooooo loved Tales of Xillia, both games. For some reason I think I like the second one more (Elize <3). I quite liked Symphonia 2, despite the fact it wasn't that much liked, it's where I got into the series. My favorite tales game so far is Versperia. It just felt so good in many aspects, like the towns, musique, characters & more, the battles may be so inferior to Xillia though. I think the older tales games are much better in my opinion.

How's Blue Reflection? I keep wanting to get it, but never got it. I so loved Valkyria Chronicle, I got it with my PS3, and I played it many times. I have Ni no Kuni the first, but I didn't get to play it yet.

That's the same as mine! I see you like Firis so much, what did you like about it the most?.. Also, what you didn't like about Annie? I didn't play that on yet. Totori is the game I played the most, it has really a lot of replay value. I remember failing to reach all the areas in my first playthrough too ^^

That's a nice history. I noticed I didn't play quite of Gust games myself. I have Ar Tonecilo & Ar noSurge for the PS3, but I didn't get the chance to play them yet, but I bought them so I can get to them whenever I can. I tried to play as much JRPGs as possible on PS3, they are the reason I bought the system. I quite liked games Valkyria chronicles & the Tales of series on it. I started Ni No Kuni in it too, but didn't get to finish it (I liked it, but I got really busy around that time).

I am glad you liked my post, it's pretty much the longest one I have out there, I think writing about something you like makes it easier to do so ^^

I honestly never saw them yet, but I will surely check them out once I get back home in few days. Especially since I never played any of the pre-PS3 atelier games :3
