 Mangaka ONE has announced via his official Twitter account that his supernatural manga Mob Psycho 100 will have its final chapter published on Shogakukan's MangaONE app on December 22.Mob Psycho 100 was initially published on Ura Sunday in 2012, and was then published on MangaONE in 2014. The series currently has 15 compiled volumes in print, and also won the 62nd Shougakukan Manga Award in the shounen category. The manga received a 12-episode TV anime adaptation by Bones in Summer 2016. A recap episode featuring new scenes and narration by Takahiro Sakurai as Arataka Reigen will be screened on March 18, 2018. In addition, a live-action drama will premiere on Netflix on January 12, 2018. The anime was simulcast by Crunchyroll and was also streamed by FUNimation Entertainment with dubs in December 2016. | Good decision. Not because it was going bad, oh no no. The story almost resolved most of the stuffs that can happen. No point in dragging the story. | this makes me incredibly sad, since this series has a special place in my heart. the problem with mob psycho 100 is that it's not enough of it. i want to see more of the characters and the world, and I do hope that ONE decides to write an one-shot or something in the future. thanks for an amazing series! |

| low chance of having an anime sequel now considering anime adaptations are like giant advertisement to the source material to boost it sales and now that the source material is ending then it will have not much boost in sales but hopefully there is still a chance for an anime sequel since i really like the anime of it |

| I have mixed feelings on this. I really don't want to say goodbye to these characters but I also wouldn't want the series to go on forever and go downhill like most long-running anime/manga so maybe it's for the best. I am not the biggest fan of OPM myself (heck I even despise the series) Mob is a whole different series when it comes to the overall story and just the characters. They're extremely likable and it has far better action compared to what OPM had personally. And this is coming from someone who initially thought it was going to be as bad as OPM until I decided to read the manga and watch the anime. Ok,guess I have to watch it. |

| This was coming, but hearing it formally is still a little bittersweet. I really hope the anime gets a season 2 so it can also finish off the story (and we've got the summary, which might well be preparing for s2). OPM could never quite catch my interest, but Mob Psycho is absolutely amazing. |
