DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- it seems a bit extreme to betray your country and aid a rival power in destroying the capital just to carry out an assassination. especially if your going to do it in such an inept manor. seriously, who uses a knife to kill someone with a sword if they're going to warn them first? i'm kinda wondering what happened between sophia and claus now o.O |

| The old man was former guide member. One would think he would be agile like one, oh well. Lavie x Claus moment, while everything is turning into chaos, there little world is widening. I like how Lavie steer away from being more depress about the news (Vanship) and Claus is still dense about Lavie feelings, but its plausible since they were raise like sibling. | This episode crammed too much stuff in. New romance, Sophia as princess and now empress, treason, invasion, battle and what not. I hope they take it easy with the pacing now. |

| Ironically, Sophia has been crippled as a character since we've learned that she's a princess (yawn). Flies home, is promptly imprisoned (I don't know what she expected, a handshake?), gets busted out by someone else in the same episode. I laughed along with Delphine at the ridiculous decisions that lead to the enormous carnage, although her (presumed) intellect would be a lot more impressive if everyone else weren't a complete idiot. kitten320 said: This series is being ridiculous, especially with all the random romance stories popping up. | Sophia leaves the Silvana, as a member of royalty, to a place that gets attacked by Disith troops. Oh, and an assassination plot takes place too. So Sophia is royalty, eh. That would explain the letter from the last ep. Seems a bit much too plotwise, or maybe just too convenient. I like how everything begins to go wrong when she returns home, lol. Claus, at this point, is a confusing mess, and you can tell that's a problem when Lavie is the one telling him that. Lavie's character, too me anyway, seems to be all over the place. Good try, Mullin. Better luck next time, I guess. |

| Apparently the Emperor doesn't know how to use a sword since he managed to get a thrust from a person with a short dagger Since when Mullin likes Tatyana? Wan't he into Lavie like last episode? He just pitied Lavie verbally while talking to the other mechanics (who mocked him, supposing that he had to "make a move" for Lavie). He's always admired Tatiana. Why do people assume Marius helped Disith in any way? They were at war and desperate because of the weather conditions and thus invaded. He had nothing to do with it. We'll see what were the messages his last 2 pigeons delivered. |

| While I did like this episode, it felt off. Are we not going to get an explanation to that Dissith girl? Like she was having a breakdown in the middle of the desert a few episodes ago when the migration pods landed, and suddenly she's fighting in the capital with other Dissith soldiers? What happened? I feel like I missed something. |

| The show is becoming very incoherent. We are 60% of the way through the show but core story points like the main plot device of Exile, or the major factions of the Empire, Dissith, and the Guild, still aren't explained. At the beginning of the show, we saw an Empire and a Dissith fleet engage each other with dozens and dozens of airships. It seemed like the Empire and the Dissith were humongous factions. Then, we saw Dissith people evacuating into rockets for unexplained reasons, and then the rockets crashed (???), and then we were told that the Dissith were suddenly crippled. Now, a Dissith fleet appears out of absolutely nowhere (seriously, if the empire can track the Silvana, then they should be able to track Dissith fleet movements, especially through their own territory), and apparently there is no home fleet defending the imperial capital. What? There is no continuity and the logistics don't make sense. |
| Loads of stuff happened, not all of which is logical. Poor Mullin, he sure knows how to pick em (and lose em.) Maybe stick to ONE girl. The Disith have been pushed to the brink and now invade. That is just the worst assassination attempt ever. Dagger vs. sword. I'm only surprised it worked?? Like what?? Princess Sophia is adopted, she must be related to Alex's navigator who died. So she took over loving him? Girlfriend, he doesn't want a replacement for his dead lover, I'm sorry. Lavie and Claus need to decide what to do. |
