| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- My Bluray arrived today from CDJapan! It comes with a reproduction of a signed script for the episode and a booklet with interviews. Man, I've missed this show! The humor was great as always. Got to see all the familiar characters going about their daily lives before and after school and in the data processing club, lunch time... and a bit of mild fanservice too, naturally from an OVA but they kept it steamy. Gorgeous backgrounds of fall, ginko leaves and what seemed to me as more depth and shading say the budget was higher. Just 27 precious minutes. It was great to see a new episode after so many years but it just makes me yearn for more. |
| Pretty nostalgic to see these characters joking around again... Such a long time since the TV anime aired. Some of the jokes were a bit hard to follow though haha. Great fun! |

| Ah how nice it is too see these lovable little gay idiots again. I know I've watched the original series at least 3 times now, there's something about this anime that just makes me feel good. This was great, an absolutely amazing special to this series. Now I'm going to go rewatch a few episodes. Choo choo. |

| Finally got the chance to watch this and I have to say I miss this anime so much. I have to say the jokes were spot on and every time yukari laughed so did I, almost at the exact same time (scary). I love how they have a little routine at school annoying yui then annoying aikawa. the randomness that this show does is one of the things I love the most about this anime that and the characters of course (If I had to choose I'd say I relate to yukari the most). oh god I missed this show so much I completely fell in love with it all over again please tell me that this means will be getting another season. |
| Was all I was expecting a new animated adaptation for this anime series, what happiness! Everything looks the same as when the first season, the three protagonists really nice and really cute facial reactions made by all the characters. I hope it gets, not too far in time, a new season. It's nice to be the opening, that the ending. |

| I loved how silly and random and cute this episode was. It was even better than S1. The final scene was especially cute. This OVA aired much later than the regular season 1, so I guess Yuyushiki is ongoing? I hope there will be a second season soon. This series totally deserves it! |

| This was pretty enjoyable. Lots of funny moments, banal conversations, Yukari and Yuzuko acting like they have autism or something... I actually liked this OVA more than I liked the show itself. 4/5 Also, Choo-choo! xD |

| oh god i forgot the eyes in this show i felt like they were even bigger than the first season ,once i got used to that and the random pace of those two dummies i had a good ol time watching it. 2013 was a good year yet another show i wish came back again! |

| Opening feels to be more slow, like maybe in a more relaxed state.. I like it, for a change.. Wouldn't say it's better than original - I think both are good, really.. I like Ending in anime the most, though, personally.. ;P Tututu tututu~ These girls like their roleplay, hm.. ;P Honestly, yeah.. I mean.. I start talking with someone first - sometimes indeed, just because they are cute.. ;D Well, or look likeable.. Or whatever something like that.. Yeah - sometimes things like that indeed happen.. Not sure, what the finger grabbing is all about.. Maybe some Japanese thingy or something, like it's broad there to do that in childhood, or whatever.. Overall, relationship between girls in this anime feels unusual.. And at the same time more closer to usual ones, actually.. I mean, how chaotic it sometimes is, and how one moment it can be meaningful, and another it can be empty.. It's a bit unusual in that sense, that usually in anime you'll see more directed approaches.. Like, trying to have fun time, or flirting, or whatever.. And here it's like this.. I both like and dislike this kind of thing, I guess.. But in the end - I like this anime.. With this unusual usual relationship.. Or is it the other way around?.. It a bit reminds me of how life relationships sometimes are.. To watch some of this in anime - is enjoyable.. And to extents, to be honest.. To have constantly it in real life - is what I don't like, I guess.. But that is how relationships sometimes actually are.. And sometimes not really.. Overall.. Yeah.. Some thoughts like this I'm having, but speaking about anime - it's a nice sight for a change.. For real relationships - don't know, to be honest.. Well, I like that this is making me think, but unfortunately I don't arrive to somewhere I'd be happy with.. All in all, though - again - anime - good.. For real life - complicated, I guess.. In the end I still maybe more choose to be in some kinds of directions with others.. Rather than randomly relaxing around - this type of talking isn't for me, I feel.. Maybe here and there, but not too much.. |
| I love how, just by using the same formula, they were able to emanate that nostalgic-emotional feeling. The symbolism in that last sequence makes me think that, even though eventually they will distance themselves at some point, in the future they'll always be as good friends as they've been during all this time. I naturally always hope for a new season or else, but in case that wasn't the case, it's been another beautiful slice of life that I'll always deeply remember.  |
