| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Well, now that was quite something. A tag team match in the ring.. Tiger Mask and Black Tiger Mask still has their rivalry thing going on. I liked the fast paced action in the ring including some familiar moves I've seen before on TV. Tiger Mask is pretty agile tbh with using the top ropes. The German Suplexes though. Welcome to Suplex City |

| Toei Philippines strike again, though not the Dragon Ball Super and Sailor Moon Crystal lows, but still. Animation aside, the fight was alright, interesting to see tag battles right away. Good thing it wasn't a proper duel between the two masks, I don't want some generic rivalry between them, so Mask mostly focused on beating the other opponent. |

| The shitty animation don't bother me but i wish they would have tried harder with the sound effect during the fight. Still i love it ! |
| Glad they slowed down a little in the second episode. Promotional politicking was the highlight and the way they set up the finish of the tag match was really cool. |

| Wrestling itself was kinda sloppy and animation sucks balls, but I didnt expect much from Toei anyway. Im not happy with length of matches. They are too short! Do we know anything about Tiger Mask? He is strong and agile, kinda like Neville, but I wonder if he is heavyweight. Trip to Suplex City was pleasure for eyes and Im happy that there will be more of NJPW. Do you guys think there is a chance for some real life wrestlers from west to be in this show? Since Tigers Lair/Monopoly/whatever is the name of that company is global there is a chance for references, rightM And I love that ED. Its freaking awesome. |

| liking this show a lot - don't mind the animation a bit, just feels retro. interested to see the next villain, Masque of the Red Death is my fav EAP story. |

| Miss X still the best part of this show. Hopefully this next guy can give Tiger Mask a run for his money and we get a longer match, a real tag match being that short would heavily upset wrestlig fans. |

| I personally feel that it was too soon for Tiger mask and the black tiger mask to face off. They should've made that a season finale or something, i'm kind off disappointed. I also didn't want to see a tag team match so early on in the anime. :/ |

| This was a very well choreographed match, lots of fun to watch. Strange that they're bringing their strongest wrestler out for the next episode, though. On to episode 3! |

| I liked the episode and how Tiger believe in his partner. Even if the animation was poor, we can feel the tension around the ring. |
