| For a 7 min OVA this was great - 2013 graphics but same drawing style; new and old soundtrack; interesting battle and the same character personalities. 9/10 from me. |
| Wished it was at least 15 minutes oh well still enjoyable. I loved that the animation was on par with Gundam Unicorn. Shame there won't ever be a dub, i kept hearing Steve Staley and Steve Kramer the whole time. |

| Wow 14 years later since 08th MS ended and they STILL managed to get the same voice actors that did it 14 years ago!! Shiro is high pitch as ever, Michel sounds pretty much the same wimp, Sanders is old as hell. One of the many reasons why i always prefer watching it in its original Japanese language :) Shame Eledore wasn't here, Karen didn't even talk so i'm guessing both seiyuus were busy. Since i just finished the series a few minutes ago. It was kinda weird seeing the art very different. No longer cell animation(which they stop doing since 90s i remember). and it's now in widescreen 2D animation style. Shiro's hair color is much more brighter and you can see his green hair more. Battles are much more intense and you might see on the main series. Even the sound effects were replaced from Gundam Wing?! O__o Anyways it was mainly one of the many missions they encountered since Shiro Amada is supposed to be retired and living with Aina right now. I'll watch Miller's report when i rewatched the whole UC era series along with the trilogy movies and stardust movie. I'll give this 8/10 just like the same from the main series. |
| 8th MS Team once again shows why it has the best Gundam battles. This special showed how much of a quality advantage the late stage Federation equipment was compared to what the Zeon could field. It was also cool to see the Zeon pilot recognize Shiro as an ace, because I think he's the first enemy to do so. |
| Pretty intense action for this quite short special! Really liked it as well, especially loved that they managed to some of the original cast voicing it as well that the art was still spot on as it was originally! Al in all a good special! |

| You know what? When Shiro pierced that Zaku with his sword, I just thought, what happens with the pilot? The picture in my mind is pretty terrifying. As for the special, just some pretty fighting. Though my girl Karen got dropped out of action AGAIN. This OVA seems to be kidding me, why did they leave the best member of the team (after Shiro) the least amount of screen time? |
