| truly brilliant. this episode was a clear metaphor for the lack of proper values in todays culture. the kids didn't want to listen to the traditional authorities, so someone needed to step in who the kids could identify with. so the fart appears and gets their attention through talking about something, that matters to them; flatulence. finally finding an authority figure for symbolic identification the kids abandon their evil ways. |

It's nice to see that at least some people are still willing to take a chance and try to do something slightly original or creative. |

I wasnt really saying that this show is bad, i also appreciate it to a degree, but if this guy can come up with such *original* ideas, he can clearly write something that would be considered awesome and with an appeal that lots of ppl could watch it. |

The problem is the more people you try to appeal to the more generic your writing generally has to be. Trying to appeal to as many fans as possible is how we ended up with season after season of formulaic and unoriginal shows to begin with. This show was crowdfunded anyway so wasn't ever really meant to appeal to a general audience as much as to the niche of people who were interested enough to pay beforehand to support it. |
