Toshi just has to become an ass once more when he appears. That guy really knows how to annoy me. Someone needs to deadball him.

I swear Toshi is the most bipolar character I've ever seen. The hell is with him and his assholeness. I second I like him and they're being all besties, the next he's an ass AGAIN!!

Well Toshiya's back to becoming an ass, as usual. Whenever they're not on the same team, he always shows this personality. Then after losing to Goro he realises he was wrong, and then they become friends again and then everything repeats lol.
Well, I guess it's kind of expected that he, in Kaidou regular wouldn't notice a small team like Seishuu so you can't really blame him. But then again you would've thought that he would take at least a bit of interest since Goro did say that he would come back to beat them with a different team.

What I was surprised at, though, was that no one else on the team took notice of him, other than Murayama (I think that's his name again lol). Aside from the scholarship students, I thought the people who survived the Dream Island were his friends. They supported him when the others didn't when he announced he was leaving the team after he beats the main Kaidou team. Especially the other 3 who he passed the entry test with.

It's like the people who surround him always have the best teamwork personality but once they split their personalities just rot. Except for Komori and Yamane :3 woo komori :3

I really don't mind Toshiya being an ass after everything that has happened and what Goro did to him in the second season.

Wow they certainly fast forwarded through the end of the Mifune game and the next game. Now Goro is on the radar.

I wonder if he'll break his foot in the Kaido game, you know they are going to make it that far.

I always like Tohiya, even when he's being an ass. After season 2 I think he has some right to be a bit standoffish with Goro. Goro was close to unbearable.

I like that Goro is finally getting recognition. but why does it feel so wrong? maybe because he got it while he was injured but anyway why hasn't anyone bother to mention that hes only been pitching with that arm for like 3 years now. like thats a huge talent within itself. I can't say this enough but what if he pitched with his dominant hand! oh I want to see how amazing he would be if he had continued. damn this anime!!!!!

This is almost ridiculous. He's injured and still manages to make a perfect game against a team that should be very good? I don't know... But I guess that just shows what a beast Goro has become. Highschool baseball isn't his league anymore.

Ah what are you so pissed about Goro?! Isn't this what you want?!! EAT IT! Just so you know, I still haven't gotten over you leaving Kaido for your baseball missionary goal!!!

I'M SERIOUSLY ANGRY! I'M ANGRY! I'M ANGRY! I'M ANGRYYYYYYY!!

*sigh of relief* I thought were going to see a full game of Kawaka-something for the following eps, thank God! No more. I'm getting tired of seeing their struggles.

I hope Goro would regularly go to the hospital for rehab of his feet. Please don't ignore the doctor, let your right foot heal first. T-T I am really really suffering here Goro!

You would think that there would have already been a pretty large buzz around him when he was able to completely shut down Kaido's main team . . . I mean surely outside parties would watch the game for funsies right? News would spread like wildfire if a second string pitcher, pitching only fastballs for 9 innings, was able to pretty much win the game through his pitching. However, either way, love that he finally got some recognition, although I am sure this is the rise before the fall, that foot injury might just permanently cripple him.

It's obvious that Toshi and the others(except Maruyama) wets their pants in fear, because they know how much Gorou can be scary. But on the other hand, I'm sure they improved a lot while Gorou was dealing with recruiting a new team and suffering from his injuries.

At the end of this season if Senshuu manages to win all the games, I'll be done with this series. It's so ridiculous, so unrealistic man

I can understand why Toshiya underestimate him. After all, even though he's a baseball monster, he left the team for a totally unknown team from a ex-schoolgirl highschool? Normally, one wouldn't stand a chance.

Anyway, Goro still doesn't take care of his health. What the doctor told him was important, that the more he would take painkillers, the less effect he would feel. This will bite him in the ass later.

Wow, that pace was fast.
I don't want to know how he'll get over these injuries, but there are 3 more seasons so it will happen

I feel like this is some type of dating game. Goro's relationship with everyone goes back to zero after ignoring them for a short amount of time, then a few minutes later of interaction together they're all back to being besties...

Goro got angry because Toshi seems to be ignoring him.
Blue Oceans are going to recruit him?
At least that could be his team after high school.

Eh, it makes sense that Toshi is acting that way. He agreed to play that final match against first string with Goro, but in the end, Goro still betrayed him and left the team. Plus he's in a team of literally whos, plus injured.

The way things are going and Goro pitching the entire match, he'll really fuck himself up by the time he reaches Kaido.

Eh. While I like that Gorou is getting recognition, I'm not sure I can really get behind the message this anime is sending by having him play entire games on freezing. One of the things I really appreciated about this series before was that it showed the consequences for reckless behavior; breaking his shoulder was something the story definitely needed.

Even if it would be theoretically possible for someone in Gorou's position to continue playing like that without permanently injuring themselves, I don't care for the anime rewarding such a dangerous risk under these circumstances. If there isn't some sort of consequence or a particularly good explanation for it, I'm probably going to end up giving this season a lower score. It might not be out-and-out unrealistic, but allowing Gorou to get by with such irresponsible behavior just seems like bad storytelling to me.

Gorous new Doc is really the epitome of responsibility.

Amazing game against Komori, too bad we didnt see it till the end.

I love it how every single player becomes his own mindset. Having his own problems. Trying his best. Motivating each other. And it feels like this was the first game in which everyone cheered for each other and they actually played as a team together.

But... freaking Goro. Why? Why?! Im sure there will be something like a mental breakdown or even depressions as soon as he realises that his foot is done... forever... fuck that shit.

My only regret is having regrets!

i believe this is the most less-baseball exciting episode.
the anime doing it again, now they make us hate toshi, wonder how they will make me like hime again.
and it seems goro going to be kami... eh, super powers... no, he's just shounen typical anime character, hell with realism.

Komori's team really threw the game, at least they had their head-on fight with Goro.

I guess we're back to Goro's oneman-show despite his massive injury, at least now he's getting the recognition and also a chance at blue oceans
