| Shitty family he has, kinda reminds me of my own. Couldn't believe at first that he really is the father of those kids. Oku sure loves his aliens and his art is as badass as usual. Interestingly to note: he switched from Shueisha to Kodansha. Now that isn't something uncommon, but makes me wonder if there was something going on during Gantz' final phase. alexpte said: I was enjoying the slice of life aspect then suddenly some sci-fi themes came at the end. As expected from the author of Gantz. Love it. |

| I thoguht Oku was starting some kind of slice-of-life (I love slice-of-life), but suddenly becomes a awesome sci-fi. He wasn't possessed. He was BUILT into a ROBOT. If you read the conversation between the aliens after the big explosion, we learn that they tried to regenerate him but because there is nothing left of him that they just built a robot version of him. AUSTRIAN BODYBUILDER STYLE! NYAH! God that was awesome. Reminded me of Tetsuwan Birdy and Kashimashi. And we all thought it was about a slice-of-life story of an old man slowly dying of stomach cancer. Amazing! Gonna keep reading it! AWESOME!!! |
| I hope this focuses more on the SoL aspect. Remodeled father turning his live around with the help of a dog and his robot powers = awesome. Random action with Gantz-style monsters = Not that awesome. |

Oda is totally switching the world-picture from Gantz where people were simply advanced machinery that could be copied endlessly.So what happened? They accidentilly killed those two guys and rebuilt them as robots? And they said they have nothing left, how does he regain his memories and all that? Also, those aliens are either hella small or those were robot units as well. And those small astronauts in the robot-building page, almost missed them. Probably aliens, no reason for aliens to be human-sized. |

| From the cover (and not knowing the mangaka) I didn't have high expectations, but I instantly got hooked from the first chapter. This looks like a nice manga and the sad parts were greatly done. I can't wait to see what happens in the next chapter, I hope it gets translated to english soon. |

| What's with his family, what's with the city he's living in, are gangsters the only ones who're allowed to live in this world ? | Isayama Hajime should be awarded The Manga with The Highest Inconsistencies of Characters' Appearances. He keeps performing multiple plastic surgeries on those Shingeki No Kyojin characters in a SINGLE chapter. Yes, I've read up to the latest chapter of Shingeki No Kyojin manga. Forced myself to read through the kidsketching chapters after the anime's ended. At least from now on, I only have to go through the hell once a month. Patiently awaiting SNK TV/movie/OVA anime-sequel. The 2015 SNK live-action movie would probably suck. |

| Really enjoyable first chapter. Oku knows how to start his story(can`t say the same about ending it though). Really nice art and good concept. Old looking guy is a main character? He look like gramps, goddammit! Love this. Something different than usual cocky/lame highschooler. And I loved Oku`s last gramps(Suzuki from Gantz). He was calm though still able to went ballistic. Kind feel the same vibe. His family is awful, but I am afraid its too real. Especially these days. This indeed has some resemblances with Akira Kurosawa`s Ikiru. Bows. |

| Watched the anime a while ago and loved it to bits, so here I am. Sucks for Inuyashiki. His family doesn't give a damn about him and he's treated like garbage because of his appearance. It's really easy to feel sympathy for this guy. |
