Well, from people who read the Manga, right after season 1 ended, there was the siblings arc, Honestly, I really don't want to see it again, it still makes me shake.

Likely although there might more flashback scenes..
Best chance for the flashback arc would be an OVA or something not that I care 100% or not if it will be adapted.

Well watch season 1, it'll end at chapter 37, Chapter 38 is pretty optional then Chapter 39 is the next arc

I do hope they skip the arc, it's so depression, but on the otherside it gives development and more information about Satellizer's past.

I actually loved that arc. Gave a lot of development. It's probably my favorite arc so far just because it seems to solidify their relationship a bit more.

I'd also like to see less fanservice, or at least have it limited to what's in the manga.

I heard they will release them as OVAs
But the arc was depressing but honestly it was essential and showed that this show/manga has more substance then girls fighting and ripping off eachothers clothes (although the anime exaggerated this)

Yeah, the Siblings arc is some pretty fucked up shit, but I almost feel like it IS necessary, as ponygon123 said, it shows that the series has more substance to it than what most people may hold as a preconceived notion. The anime really does exaggerate the clothes being ripped off, especially how the chest area conveniently is the one to always come off. I wonder how the creator of the series feels about that, or if he even cares.

If they made the anime just like the manga, with just that minute amount of fan service, this would be one badass show, seriously. The plot actually gets pretty good from here on out.

And in all fairness this arc (alaska i mean) is far better then what the anime covered at first. It is a rare series that is gettng better and better

I checked it quickly. I saw the part were Satellizer is beaten and abused by her brother.

I'm not sure why many people hate to see such stuff in anime. I thought emotional and serious stuff is always better than silly fan service.

I swear it's as bad as SAO fans screaming rape when there was none. That's a kids mentality, at least wait to watch/read mature content till you can read it with an open mind.

Personally I would love at least a fast version of this arc to be told in OVA if necessary. The character development is important for Satelizer and Aoi. Hell even her brother and his partner. In a show with a lot of mashed up convoluted plot and action the show needed an arc like this.

The newer manga chapters are rushed and lacking direction. It feels like the author doesn't even know where he is going. For once I am all for the anime taking a different direction than the manga. At least maybe clean up the story a bit.

Yeah, the manga sucks balls now. Mr. Im Dal Young lost his touch. Now it's pretty much all action and external developments with little to no explanation/characterization.

I'm with you for anime originality at this point.

Even if it has rape, what is the problem ? It is just an anime

Many people watch gory anime and don't have problem with that, but for some reason many have problem with rape. I don't know why ! Murder and gore is ok but rape is not ? LOL

Without the siblings arc we can't have any good character development. Meaning that this anime will become a hollow, brainless action anime without any deep whatsoever to Stella's character and her releationship with Kazuya.

Oh c'mon, the sibling arc fleshes Stella's character out more and makes her not just a blob of ecchi. (Although this doesn't matter, since they already skipped it...)

I don't know why so many people are up in arms that the siblings arc was skipped. I just read through it and it didn't really add anything of value. It allows for some character development, yeah, but this 2nd season can just as easily be started with the added character development in tact. The arc didn't seem all that great to me.

Kazuya needs more character development, imo. He's been largely ignored in the series despite having the most screen time.

But I guess that was to be expected from a quasi-harem anime that uses "action with tits" to sell.

Pretty sure I was replying to someone who asked what's wrong with anime with rape. Unless it's hentai, otherwise people will suffer from it. No one likes rape. And I am sure that I was talking about the women who got raped that will suffer mentally, not the viewers.

The manga started going downhill for me during the Alaska arc and never picked back up. I'll probably still finish it because I'm already this far into it but I don't think it will get much better.

Pretty sure it doesn't matter if you were replying to me or not, it still doesn't change the fact that you were wrong.

Statistically 4/5 people enjoy gang rape, so....

Also, how many rape victims do you think account for the total population of viewers for this show? Seriously?

I do like to watch rape and see woman (or a guy) suffer mentally, because it delivers strong emotions. Just like how horror/gore anime deliver strong emotions.

We already seen murder and extreme torture (in episode 5). I don't think sexual abuse is worse than that. I really don't understand why some people make a big fuss about that. It is just a fictional anime.
