The first hundred to stop clapping shall be sacrifices for this ceremony! Emperor of Delight my ass, I knew I shouldn't have attended this ceremony. AHHH I'M BURNING! X_X LOL I wouldn't want to live in that future and maybe even 500 years after that. The stories they read in school like in the first episode seems always people sacrificing for the greater good or something, what is this... the Tau Empire? XD This might as well be Warhammer 40K universe despite of that very calm countryside environment, the psykers have very different and varied statuses though but still grim dark. >_< Interesting game! Was that the shadow of a Copycat following Manabu? I assume Saki was the one narrating so maybe she survived somehow to be able to tell us all these. Her narrations are starting to get darker and grimmer though and her closing narration about Maria... o_O |

| I'd have liked to have the game explained a little better, because I didn't really understand what they were talking about most of the time when discussing tactics and stuff. Oh well. So far things are unfolding quite slow, but hopefully the pace will pick up soon. |

Or we are seeing yet another case of changes made that impacted users but not communicated to them? I wonder how long people would put up with this. As much as I have a bunch of information to share about anime announced recently I cannot share it in news board, and the anime series is too disorganized and chaotic to share information except with people already interested in the particular series. |

| The whole sports game that took up the whole episode was okay I guess. It really didn't do much for me. As for the guy who used his cursed power, I am glad he got taken away by that cat. He was a douche for cheating, but with saving those rat creatures I really hope that doesn't later bite them in the ass. The ending narration also freaked me out. How the hell do people just forget that people disappear? I noticed that it says that most people forget people that disappear. So what do the people do that remember those who are gone? There are so many questions that need answers and that is why I will keep watching this series. On to the next episode! |

| Still a little confused but I'm really enjoying this!^^ plus, the ending song is AMAZING.. <3 After watching this episode, i'm assuming that using your powers (Cantus?) without permission to is bad? That's my impression after seeing the competition they played and that it was bad to use Saki's power ti help the rats.. |

| mhm, interesting, especially the sequence (with the coronation) before the main characters came into focus. Have to say that I didn't really like the overreactions concerning the game, both by the Main Characters and their opponents. Without real context and considering that it was a game, it somehow seemed over the top. |

| So, the kid "disappears" because he cheated at a game? Saki and the others might be in trouble for using their powers here and the foreshadowing was thick at the end there. Maria was NOT the character I'd imagine to play that kind of role. Interesting. Weird how an adult Saki suddenly started narrating. Even weirder that the kids seem to be kind of...indifferent to the disappearances. |

| That game looked quite interesting I like the simple concept of it! The episode it self goes on with still not really much character development other then some slight new information and powers we get to see! Those rats also look interesting if they get to be used correctly in the story! Lets see what happens next! |

| really like these dark undertones were seeing, especially at the beginning 'the first 11 of you to stop clapping will be the first sacrifices' D; wtf! and also when they were playing the ball game just really seemed tense especially with the decision at the end to call it a draw, the rat people were kinda weird too wonder if they will have a part to play at a later point! |

| Woah, this episode was totally different from the first one. The game they were playing was actually fairly enjoyable to watch(surprisingly). | The episode felt so different from the first one, but it was enjoyable and interesting nonetheless. First scene was like wtf :S Just noticed that there is going to be no OP, oh well, the great ED makes up for it. So now they spoiler it that Maria will be either evil or accidentally cause the death of a lot of people? Great... :/ |

Yeah me to, very confusing, but again thats how most great anime series star off with lots of mystery, and then when it finally all comes together, your left with a spiraling circle of events culminating in an amazing story. I liked how they were playing this game, but i didn't really understand the whole thing with "Maria" and how if she was not born, many people would of saved?? Hmm onto the next episode. |

| 1. this show has no direction. i have no idea what the story is about or where it's going. they're just studying magic w/ nothing going on at all... 2. that teacher was just dumb not being able to figure out the person who broke the rules. 3. i hope something significant happens. it's starting to turn into a slice of life magic style anime with nothing happening. 3/10 |
| The game they played was really cool. Wish they could have elaborated more on the rules and such because I was confused just a bit. But I didn't find it to be boring or anything. This anime is so very interesting! |

| The competition was interresting. I like how they did a parallel between that game and the ''Karma demon''. We can guess that the guy who used the telekinesis got punished by karma... From what I can understand, the girl narrating the story is Saki in the future. I wonder why she said that if Maria wasn't born in that world, many life would have been saved. What will she do? Will she turn crazy like that guy in the beginning? Those little monster will probably become relevant in the future. They look like they are enslaved. Saki will probably devellop pity for them. |

| Really awesome episode again, enjoyable little match there. Now that is creative world building. Question: where the hell is this set? First scene shows cars and then it's all rural and I did not follow the whole 500 years ago/later. I was surprised to see Reiko alive since they said she disappeared last episode, then I rewatched it and her name was saki... Everyone looks the same. |
