| Very impressed. Intriguing characters and a plot that grabbed me at the end. The animation was great, the backgrounds were amazing, and the CLAMP designs even looked less lanky. I'll be watching this to the end. |

Animation/art is certainly grand, but who can expect less from CLAMP (I say all they're arts rather unique and amazing)? ;/ |
| I heard that the plot is going to be like kind of detective story in the latter parts of this series, and there will be no more yuri ....:( Anyway the animation is really amazing and I like the artworks very much,,, except that the ED is so…… |
| I'm not completely sure but I think the event towards the end had something to do with the zit and the girl talking about how she was going to be youthful forever and never age. The zit probably represented maturity or puberty, something in that range. |

| Marimite + mystery + dancing + BAD END = Mouryou no Hako? I thought it was a very good first episode, with smooth pacing and an interesting atmosphere. Hints of Code Geass's ugly down-turned mouths remained, but overall the character design is quite pleasing. The voice-acting was excellent, Tomatsu Haruka is definitely the seiyuu to watch for this season. I hope this is one series that'll start gently and slowly draws the audience into its mystery, episode by episode, until we're perched at the edge of our seats desperate for more clues or a resolution. |

Still, quite an overreaction on her part, but I think it's just part of her plan for the naive Yoriko. |

| Wow, both the art and animation are unbelievable, almost OVA-like. If you add to that the perfect atmosphere, you obtain a very unique and intriguing series. I'm looking forward for the second episode since this first one was truly outstanding. |

| This was a good watch, and it definitely shows a lot of potential. I hope this really develops into a wonderful seriously creepy mystery story. This first episode set the atmosphere nicely, so I'm definitely looking forward to more. btw, this feels like Code Geass meets Majin Tantei Nougami Neuro, kinda xD Nightmare OP and ED is always good, as well. |

| Putting aside the abuse of the lighting effects and cherry blossoms and my slight shock that the characters looked human this was a surprisingly good first episode. I was hoping that the plot and characters would be strong given that it's a novel adaptation and so far that seems to be the case, but the animation production was way better than I expected which was an added bonus. Hopefully the level of quality stays high as we delve deeper into the story. |

| This is interesting. Was a really strange and beautiful first eps. It was kinda slow and weird, but at the same time is was almost mesmerizing. I'm definitely waiting for more, I'm curious how everything will turn out. |

| Three worlds. What the Fuck? The one thing I really want to make mention of here is the environment bound by the music, quickly shifting from calm and tranquil, to dark and rather melancholic, which is probably what made this so weird. The sudden, yet frighteningly natural shift kept me hooked on, as it likely will all season as this builds up. Admittedly, this wasn't what I expected in the least, though honestly, I'm not even sure what I was expecting. In the end, what more can I say than, "Well, I'm confused, yet still somehow massively intrigued." Anyhoo though... Yay for dismembered school girls stuffed into boxes while somehow still alive! |

| Wow. The graphics/art and animation are very nice. Yeah, CLAMP + Madhouse = Amazing. Well, confusions and weirdness in this first ep = prompts viewer to look forward for next episode. Oh my, there was slow parts there and I thought I felt like I am watching it more than 24 mins(?). |
| Though I'm not fond of the character designs much, the artwork was still amazing. Banzai Madhouse~! Looks like I have another horror type this season, along with Chaos;head and Shikabane Hime Aka. |

| First half the series looked like a drama and yuri anime but in the end it looked more like what's expected of it. Clamps character designs aren't as freaky as in R2, as in they don't look all that fucked up which is nice. Beautiful animation as well as some of the best music for an opening episode this year. This season looks good on horrors/supernatural at least. |

| Good art. Clamp & Madhouse are standing for quality. Therefore I will be sure to check out episode 2. The story itself was interesting and very weird. Could be something excellent, though such types of anime are not usually my thing. Ending was very good. |
