My initial thoughts were that they used to be rivals, but one became famous, while the other one not so famous. The not so famous one was jealous and sent the other one to hell... did I get that straight? And the revenge was lame (although I did laugh when Enma Ai tried to be the pop star)
This is the first episode of the third season that I was not satisfied with. I thought the other two were good.

In case you haven't noticed, there is no black and white scenarios with any of the characters involved in each episode (which is also one of the merits this series has), the point of it is to make you question your moral values; what is right and what is not? And if you have watched the previous seasons then you should also know by now that there are no clear-cut answers to those questions.
In other words, Jun was not noble or innocent, but she did realise that she had been wrong and wanted to make amends. And Masako harboured deep-rooted hatred for her because of what Jun had done in the past and also because of jealousy/inferiority 'cause she knew she could never make it as far in becoming a pop idol as Jun did.
Also, Jigoku concert was cute, I'd expect Ai to do something like that. Still, I liked the previous two episodes more myself, too.

It's just unfortunate that things had to turn out the way they did. Two people that really did not need to go to hell did, unlike previous episodes. I would like to see an episode where the two people work out their problems without pulling the string but I don't see that happening. I like it when the hell girl sends people to hell and she puts on that skit with all those other guys.
Oh btw I have not seen the other two season so sorry if I don't know the names of the characters. I might watch the other two though cause from what I have seen it looks like a cool anime.
akagi111 said:She didnt deserve to go to hell at least from the viewer stand point to morisato it is different, this was a girl who destroyed her dreams basically her everything did jun deserve to go to hell no but its different when your not apart of how morisato feels this was a great episode
moniilove said:This ep was really sad for me. I mean she felt sorry and we all make mistakes and if she has changed I don't understand why send her to hell. I felt so bad when all of her fans were screaming her name, for me she was not bad I mean yeah she did something bad but if she regrets what she did and she apologize why is she so mad? They didn't even asked if she regret it because they knew she did.

Jun wasn't even sent to hell out of revenge. She was sent because the other girl was simply jealous. Why would Ai even accept this case? It goes against her policy of taking people who deserve to be punished.
That's true.. The system is based around revenge, not jealousy. But then again, there have been a lot of unfair hell sending in past eps.
Siva said:I actually like Jun when she tried to stop Masako from having a debut with that such singing level of her skill. Jun knew that if she letting Masako doing the debut, Masako won't be able to survived after that because she is only going to crushed her own dream. You know what will happened if you are doing the most embarrassing thing in front of many people that you expected them to cheer you up with your very best effort that you put on.
I think they should tried to solve problem more effective instead of just sending everyone to hell each episode passed.
Meritas said:Yeah, this episode was less than "nothing special." Nothing was done in a good way, probably I watch it just because there are more episodes after this one. And because of Yuzuki. Both previous eps are better than this one, and the reason for the sending this time was really too shallow.
