pokemon was my first big fandom when i was in school i had the games, the cards * still do* anything pokemon i had to have it and then the next 150 came and i thought ok but i just couldn't get in the next generation pokemon, the first generation is my childhood and so i stopped it at that.

while pokemon was on the air there was anime on sci-fi (* during a time when sci-fi was still called sci-fi and better then it was today *) and the first time i saw it i was like ....................... whoa this is awesome there was

the list goes on and i must of been 13-14 when i first saw my first violate anime and it completely blew my mind and every saturday id try and watch them at the time i didn't know what anime was or what to make of what i saw on sci-fi but i liked it.

while sci-fi was getting the violate anime there was -

a channel that showed elfen lied, * blew my mind * FMA, scryed,

man those were the days ^_^

i was in to yugioh and the card game which was a load of fun but sadly GX came along and............... yeah it didn't do it for me anymore.

but my true start on anime was dragonball z, before i watched anime central, or any other anime, dragon ball z started me on anime and dragon ball z kicked ass i loved the fights, the music, ect ect and after dragon ball z i wanted more and thats how my craving for anime began.

as you can see from my list thats what iv got on dvd and i have a backlog,

in the plan to watch are anime that are sequels, specials, spin offs, OVAs, ect of shows iv got but haven't got on dvd so for e.g.

if iv got shana season 1 on dvd and haven't got the rest of the series on dvd il put season 2, 3, movies ect in the plan to watch.

also i try to collect a whole series before watching but there are some special cases, e.g.

if i have shana season 1 for e.g. i wait til iv got the whole series before watching it.
and also

naruto ship, bleach, one piece, fairy tail ect ect ect there anime thats airing and are coming out on dvd every faw months and i start from the beginning of that series e.g one piece and make my way to the latest episodes but thats only iv collected at least 4 or 5 boxsets of a series.

i dont put my backlogs logs in my plan to watch pile cause i do intend to watch them.

i hate romance, love triangle, tragedy, school life anime.

i like ecchi, comedy, cute, classic, anything really but i do have favourites and likes and stuff like that.


i believe true fans of anime should buy anime on dvd instead of downloading and buying bootlegs cause a true fan would support the anime industry and support there favourite animes.

i dont watch anime online i like to wait and buy them on dvd. (* if part of a series i own hasn't released the specials or the OVAs that go along with that series il cheat once or twice and watch it online e.g

to-love-ru season 1 and motto was released on dvd but the OVAs wasn't, so il watch them online (* in motto there was a few new characters and motto didn't explain where they came from but the OVAs did *) but even if i do watch them online *rare i do * il buy them on dvd for the collection and as a fan.
