Whoa, is that a new OP song?! Nice.

Dat confession and more drama with Yui the emotional girl. Mini Aoki is cute and nice interactions between him and Yui this episode. The ending was a little cliffhanger and that preview..inb4 intense drama next episode.

Good god, loved the Aoki x Kiriyama development. She finally overcomes her fear of men and accepts Aoki! I can not be any happier with how this turned out, very well done. ^^

But holy shit, Taichi pretty much let the secret loose almost and now Inaba is pushing for answers. Heartseed said something about a 2nd chance in the PV, lets hope things don't get too out of hand from this. Man what a cliff hanger. @_@

Aoki really manned up this episode, but that trip was kind of strange with how short it was.

Was surprised at how this was such a Yui-centric episode but it's good to see her warming up to Aoki finally! Taichi needs to learn to think about what he says before speaking heh.

I find it odd how the age reversals aren't being used more. In this episode it felt like they just happen. The age reversals seem to just be a catalyst for people's problems to arise. I kind of wish the age reversals had more of a prominence and integrated into the plot like the 1st arc which I still think is the best out of the 3 arcs shown so far.

I really like the new OP/ ED combination this story arc. Also the ED manages to hype the audience for the episode while simultaneously changing the viewers tone, I was feeling pretty happy with the Yui/Aoki resolution but the ED changed my emotions from resolution to excitement for next week with Iori

What I do think Taichi can't run away and told them everything and he blame 2nd Fuusenkazura that he want another chance.
Suddent the 1st Fuusenkazura show up and want to help them.

I don't know the reason why Iori mother won't let Iori home again. O_o

Yeah thumbsup for Aoki and he move forward now Yui try to be stronger again. :)

This episode was a bit slow but it was nice to see Yui and Aoki finally understanding each other. Ibana is going to put Taichi through hell until he fesses up why he know's what's going to happen.

Great episode :) I thought yui's emotional turn around was done well and felt convincing, wasn't nearly as cringe worthy as some of taichi's earlier episodes where he just talked everything better.

I taught the meeting between Aoki and is ex would be awkward but it turned out pretty good she seemed like a nice girl and understood what was going on.
She also seemed to be relieved by what Aoki said which probably means that it was on her mind as well yet Aoki originally forgot about it.

Yui definitely needs to talk with her rival/friend her friend even offered to listen to her and she yelled that it was none of her business.
What she is doing now will only create a bad relationship between to two of them and some misunderstanding which doesn't solve anything at all and she will probably regret it at some point.
If she talks about it, it might relieve her trauma and it will definitely be good for her friendship with that girl she seems like the person that would understand.

This was an excellent episode; one that sets up the conclusion to this arc quite well.

I greatly enjoyed the increased focus on Aoki and Yui, as it allowed for a significantly heightened level of insight into their personalities and struggles, which, up to this point, had been one of the very few noticeable flaws present within the story, due to their relative lack of development compared to the others. Yui was great throughout this episode, as she regained the strength of her former self, due, in large part, to Aoki's considerable help. The moment where Aoki talks with his ex was a great touch, since it finally gave him the clairvoyance he needed in order to wholly distinguish between his past love for her and the love he now has for Yui. There seemed to be a distinct understanding on her part as well, which was rather unexpected, but nice. I loved the moment where Yui tightly hugs him, as it strongly develops their relationship, while also serving as a rather important breakthrough, since she was finally able to shed the particular trauma that had tormented her for so long. As such, I felt that the development of Yui and Aoki's relationship was terrific here.

Iori as a baby was really adorable, especially when Inaba was carrying her in her arms. The ending was superb, as Inaba realizes the meaning of Taichi's inability to be affected by this particular phenomenon. This cliffhanger of sorts sets up the next episode and conclusion to this arc exceptionally well, since Taichi will likely be forced to endure some form of repercussion for his failure in following the one directive Heartseed had given him. There was another excellent peek into Iori's potentially fractured emotions, as alluded to in her brief conversation with Taichi, where it, yet again, seems as though her mother might be entirely absent from her life. This was highlighted brilliantly by the subtle change in her voice, as it transitioned into a sort of monotonous, false recital of manufactured words.

This arc has been adapted surprisingly well so far, considering how much material is being fit into only three episodes. I feel that the pace and tone of this arc has been captured really well throughout these two episodes, due to the few omissions from the LN's being rather minor so far, and hardly essential to the effectiveness of the story. The next arc should be adapted quite faithfully as well, since, even though I would have likely preferred five, four episodes is certainly enough to tell the story in a thorough, highly effective manner.

The new OP is pretty great, and, of course, that ED really is incredibly good.

Overall, Kokoro Connect continues to excel and thoroughly satisfy with it’s story, direction, and the nuanced character development that has been gradually woven into each episode. I’m really looking forward to the conclusion of this arc, since, judging by the preview, it looks to be another excellent and intense episode, as there seems to be an increased focus on Iori and, of course, the potentially troublesome results of Inaba finally revealing the truth will be exciting to watch unfold.

This episode sucked. It was really rushed and the script felt suuuuper forced in various places (Aoki's chat with Nana, and the final confession).
Though the preview got me really excited. I look forward to it. I feel this anime has been rather poor ever since the body swapping arc ended.

Aoki finally has an awesome moment all to himself. Yui begins to overcome her own fears. Lots of funny moments in the episode between the drama laced ones. Really funny banter between Iori and Inaba over Taichi at one point. Fantastic episode, more drama always welcome. 5/5

It seems really, really strange to me that in a 17-episode series they waited until the 12th episode to use OP2... anyone else agree?

I thought this episode was a bit empty, namely between Yui and Aoki. It's probably due to the time frame having to squeeze said material in 23 minutes and the performance of the dialogue. The chemistry between the two felt a bit forced and lacking when there wasn't much of a build up of their relationship prior to this episode. I still like the episode though.

Nice development for Yui and Aoki in this episode. I was kinda disappointed though because I wanted to see that Karate fight between Yui and that other chick, but it's whatever. Nice episode overall. I wonder what sorts of ramifications Taichi's secret being found out will have. Next week's episode looks intense.

I think the moment Nana told Aoki she cut her hair means that she has finally moved on as well. That's why she accepted it easily.
