THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE.
----------------------------------------
The body swap went by in only one episode. I was surprised by how fierce a personality Yurikano had when she was fighting. Madoka was still the same and ended up saving the day by figuring out that Yurikano had feelings for Dizelmine. I was kind of sad to see Yurikano go so quickly as she slipped back into the Rinne. I'm really not sure where the story is going from here. The fighting may have stopped (or maybe it hasn't) but their respective planets are still in danger.

Madoka when on radio transmission don't speak with your mouth full, but it sure got everyones attention. Yurikano has some exceptional piloting skills as well, I'm sad to see her go back to being sealed into Rinne because I don't think the fighting is completely over and is more of a ceasefire and we could see another intergalactic battle before the show ends and it would have been nice to see her in battle again.

Never realized Hulu puts this up so early on Sundays.

The Ovid's fighting and everything was pretty well done especially with Kirius Izo and Array remaining relevant to the plot and still getting lots of screentime. Probably my favorite episode of this season thus far for Lagrange as Yurigano is a good character true feelings were shared and she has actually good Ovid piloting skills, lots of pretty visual and lasers and beam swords, friendship bonding moments with Yurigano, Dizelmine, and even Villaguilio. However the episode kind of feels out of place, really it felt like it would have worked for a series conclusion.

Madoka opened that other world the very last time by thinking about embarrassing things. The preview is about love, Madoka is going to teach it but learn it too? My yuri goggles are tingling...

This show is awesome.

I think the last 6 episodes will obviously be about stopping the war and finding some way to bring Yurikano back even though this time her body evaporated. Maybe they can find her real body again?

Something tell me that this isn't the last we see of Yurikano.
And Madoka's habit of talking to herself saved the day for ones i wonder if she even realised latter on that everyone could hear her in that escape pod.
Still it would have been interesting if the body swap could last a little longer seeing both Madoka and Yurikano struggle to convince everyone there body swapped places was pretty funny.
It would also have been nice to see La Garite and De Metrio for ones.

Yurikano and Madoka are indeed alike at some points both have a way of not caring what others think of there behaviour.
Also Yurikano's way of convincing people she was Yurikano looked similar to Madoka's behaviour.
And the fight of Yurikano and Madoka was also solved.

Erm, it's just the solar systems of two binary stars passing close enough to each other so that their planets' orbit overlap. There are no colliding galaxies involved.

Anyway, I feel like I am missing something about that conversation between Yurikano and Dizelmine

I have no idea what to think about it.
Well done fight, characters acting in some rational way (except Madoka but she never does).

Still it was off and I can't exactly tell why. Maybe it was rushed - I agree that this would be good conclusion to the series but also making this swich longer we could learn more about Yurikano.

on the bright side... poor comander of that floating base :D he has loli-boss, dealing with two hostile alien groups and, worst of it, simpleton trio with their robots running away

Goodbye Earth!!........(aura chase after pod)........... I'M BACK!!!!

I fell over laughing at how silly that was.

So, Yurikano couldn't take the despair of being stuck between the two sides. That's what led her to take her own life. I'm not sure how it all played out. I guess maybe she was a previous Vox pilot.

I love Madoka so much.

But good episode. It wasn't as good as previous ones, maybe because things like the body switching resolved so fast?

Hmm...wonder what the last half of this series has in store ;__; Which makes me sad because I don't want it to end.

Poor Yurikano ;_;

It worries me that Madoka was just going to give up Earth and everything after being sent away in the drop pod. Glad Midori stepped in.

At the end there, I honestly thought Madoka was gonna force Villagiulio and Dizel to kiss and make up like she did with Lan and Muginami. Too bad for the fujoshi's then. (^_^)v

An average episode for me, with the story going all over the place, while also raising a lot of questions that need some serious answers.
Many that live deserve death. And some that die deserve life. Can you give it to them? Then do not be too eager to give out death in judgement. For even the very wise cannot see all ends.

Well gut says, Yurikano dissappearing is kinda sad, & Dizelmine's planet isn't very smart, why make it 1 way only? Nice love touch, but whats with the Red Rin-ne, am guessing they might have a 3rd season, if this was the last episode. Also, what did Madoka say at the end of the episode? My video lagged there & I couldn't get it, even replaying ti.

Oh man, Rinne has always been ridiculous here and there but this took it to whole new level, the way Yurikano tries to tell everyone she isn't Madoka, Madoka eats while she talks about Yurikano's feelings and makes it seem like she would die, Yurikano loves Dizel and that idiot doesn't realize that she has been talking to her the whole time and the girls at the enf of course haha

Don't get me wrong, this is why I enjoy Rinne.

I keep expecting each episode to improve, the potential is there but the story isn't grabbing me even at this stage. At times it feels rushed and things are not explained enough while others are drawn out unnecessarily.

As someone else said, it feels like something is off and I am not entirely sure what it is haha.

Indeed, although you would already be heavily injured after just 5 seconds.

Guys, they're not earthlings in the first place. This show never went into detail about races from other planets but might as well asume they are more resistant/build differently than humans which might as well allow them to withstand a few seconds in space without injuries.
I loved how silly this show is when actual serious matters are being explained, it makes it really enjoyable in it's own way.
Now i just wonder, how exactly will the situation change due to Yurikano's dissapearance?

Or, for any very advanced technology with common space travel it is probable that they've got some combination of artificial physical enhancements and gadgets (said gadgets could be anything from chip implants to clothing made of special materials).

Actually, NASA has conducted some experiments on that matter on animals (extremely cruel I know, but that's science for ya) and one data recollection on a human due to an accident (maybe more, but I know of only one)

If you hold your breath your lungs will suffer greatly from decompression, but if you expel all the air this can be prevented. In that state a person can endure for about 10 seconds before other physical problems start to present, and even then there's still some time before permanent damage is done.

Yeah, i felt like something was missing too. Like why did Yurikano call Dizel a "liar" and all.

There were quite a number of questions arising in this episode like why did Yurikano's body disappear.Which I REALLY hope the next half will be able to answer to.

Also those past memories that Yurikano said to made Vigilo and the 3 guys believe that it is indeed her was really hilarious and embarrassing. The reaction they had was just priceless.

I assume it's closely tied to the white elephant in the room we (or most of us, anyway) have been sort of ignoring. Just what is the nature and relationship of the three 20,000 year old mecha that Madoka, Muginami and Lan pilot, VOX particles, the Rin-ne, and the special ability of Madoka and Yurikano to put them together and invoke the Rin-ne? My assumption regarding Yurikano disappearing is that once having crossed "the line" she has essentially gained the power of something like a "slider" and she simply choose to leave. I just don't follow her reasoning to justify leaving from the bits of her statements so far. Madoka may also have that ability now, or maybe feel she does, since at the end of the episode she emphatically told Yurikano she'd go visit her.

"Goodbye Lan, Goodbye Muginami...GoodBye Earth *seconds later* hey everyone i'm back"

That was priceless, the comedic timing couldn't have been any better. Also Lan's face when she comes to the realisation that it is indeed Yurikano in Madoka's body. At the very least it confirms that she isn't superficial. Nice action packed episode with the war between the factions intensifying and Yurikano once again acting as a martyr. Hopefully Madoka whoops Vila and Dizelmine next week.

Seriously i cant blame her for being pissed. All this annoying feudin and a fussin has kept her from spending quality time with her wifeys.

I thought I was going to bash my head against the keyboard when Madoka was just standing there as Muginami took Yurikano away. She was so useless until she solved the crisis that it wasn't even funny. Yurikano on the other hand, now she knows how to get things done! I want her as the protagonist...

Still, the episode had some very funny moments so I enjoyed it 4/5. We are still only halfway through and most of the conflict seems resolved...what's next?

My thoughts exactly! It seems Madoka is a little slow on the uptake in these kinds of situations.
