It's hard on a family if they have a family member on drugs that stuff really messes people up.
They become mentally unstable and start loosing reason they will do everything to get there hands on drugs again even if this means hurting the people closest to them.
In the end you just don't know what there up to what there doing.
As i mentioned before in this topic i know and knew a few people who used drugs and seen and heard some very disturbing things around them.
To give a example one of then tried to commit suicide several went to prison several times and even attacked his own father because he would not give him any money to buy drugs with.
They put allot of pressure on the people around them.
Drugs ruins life's!

Isn't Morphine a byproduct of Opium?
Which is they reasons why there effects are similar.

And the drugs don't have to be opium based they could be something completely else since there are other substances that cause similar effects.
Opium is often used for heroin which is often powder since the drugs they where using here where pills i am thinking that the drugs they where ecstasy.
Which doesn't contain opium and has different effects.

This might indeed be possible since it looked like she was trying to keep Narumi out of the flower house.
There activities where mainly on the roof of the school and not in the flower house and i wonder if Narumi has over been in the flower house itself.
So she was probably hiding something.
As i mentioned before i was doubting that her death was suicide but now i think it was murder.
Maybe the things Narumi said to her made her want to clean up the things she was hiding in the flower house which wasn't appreciated by the one who killed her.

I think we're on the right track here. She must've been forced or blackmailed to keep those flowers for that dealer. I don't know if she actually knew those were used to manufacture drugs, so either she knew or she learned about it and wanted out. When the time came she decided to clean up, the dealer or maybe even her brother must have been really pissed and pushed her off the building. =(

Analyzing the body as if it was a real life case, both jumping herself and getting pushed can be ruled out as the body would have fallen perpendicular to the building. Most likely, she was already dead or in a helpless state (like heavily drugged), and someone either rolled her off the edge, or even more likely, carried her and then let go right off the edge.

I don't know but she may know something about drugs and she took it herself and died. That dead could not be from jumping from the roof when you looking in her eyes.
We even got a bit back story of her, that she were sick of being on the class, she was very lonely before meeting with Narumi.
I don't know what to said about this one, but I am sure Narumi will changed after her dead.

...I think your making it too complicated here. Ayaka was already depressed. The signs were just hidden. With the mixed feelings of her wory over her brother and thinking she hates her (or something like that), learning that her onii is taking drugs now, and the school wanting to remove the garden club flower pots from the roof, then Narumi telling her that the garden was "theirs"... this is all alot for her to process. She jumps herself because she cant handle the stress of what going on around her. Its very sad and I wish Narumi would have realized something was up, and seen at least some of those signs...Ayaka and Narumi were my favourite couple in this anime. Anyways, Im sure nobody pushed her and that she didnt take any of those drugs. She cant be saved from a fall that height-it would take a miracle and some make belief for her to survive. But as you can distinguish in the preview for next week, well, Narumi even states that they "lose" Ayak and then he decides to become a full fledged detective with Alice (because he doesnt feel like the same person anymore and probably doesnt want anything like this to happen ever again).

As for her eyes...I'm pretty sure thats just what eyes would look like after crying for multiple hours.

you can't died jumping off a building of that standard. unless you slam your head into the ground first, in which the head would be blown open and we can see that didn't happen. three floors just isn't enough to kill someone(don't ask how i know that). and according to the scene, her body was still in one piece without any obvious twists or rips.

still, i pray that she's just hospitalized due to broken limb and/or drug use.
