| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- If there one thing to say about the episode it is Kick as sword fighting blow exchange and Shirayuki kissing. Now that was amazing. This episode far surpassed my enjoyment of action compared to episode 5 TBH. In regards to the kissing it was nice as follows,  because it is underwater and the situation was far more under stress than the Aria one from episode 5. So that by itself is a nice spice up. Not to mention underwater lip locking in the spoiler In regards to the fight. OMG and holy shit! It a marvellous sword exchange that is totally mind blowing. I have seen sword exchange and this one makes no mistake it was great. Mind blowing Shirayuki was not only stronger with a flaming powered katana but she freaking broke Durandal's sword as follows,  I could not believe they did the "Japanese blades are better than European blades" gimmick but they did as both persons had equally valued swords of immense strength. | Durandal got owned and arrested. Hotogi is awesome as both a healer and swordswoman and she had a great battle. I'm glad Hotogi and Aria made up for the most part even it was short lived. Kinji jumping into the river at the end was lol as well as the yandere vs tsundere moment that led to it. 5/5 |

| Okay, now I have no reason whatsoever to watch this show since gg stopped doing their awesome subs. Sigh, gg, I am disappoint. And I didn't expect that shrine maiden to actually be Durandal, that was a pretty nice twist. The rest of the episode was stupid. |

| Okay, why the hell did gg stop trolling? Even though that in itself is an elaborate troll. But that's what made this show bearable. And thanks to my no-drop policy, I can't drop it either. So I'll have to suffer through the rest solely for May'n. First time gg ever disappoints me. Thanks for screwing it up. Yeah, I mad. And I facedesk every damn time Kinji does something that ends up saving Aria's life. Like that piano wire. Would've been an awesome show if Aria's head went flying instead. ...Oh, come on. And Kinji will catch another cold. |

| That was fun. While I'm not normally a fan of long-winded pronouncements before (or during) a battle, I find Shirayuki to be irresistible so I won't complain. If only she'd stop saying 'Kin-chan' quite so often. I'm not sure what words she used in Japanese, but it would have been cooler if Shirayuki had asked Aria if she was planning on stealing a march. But it was still a good moment, especially how Aria's voice tailed off when Shirayuki stood up with her eyes darkened. But I'm disappointed that they broke the sword. They should have found a different legendary sword if they wanted to break one. |
| The "kiss to get into Hysteria Mode in order to open the lock" was so fucking predictable, anyway, it was quite better than the previous episodes. |
| Awesome fighting episode. I loved Shirayuki's flames. Her flames just won the whole thing. When he kissed her, I thought oh he's going to give her the air he has through the kiss or something like that and then i realized....oh wait, it's for hysteria mode. Pretty good episode though. I loved it. A lot of fighting. I wished they talked about Aria's mom and what happened to her. |

| Finally, Durandal is shown. Both her and Shirayuki fighting was awesome with Durandal using ice magic and Shirayuki using fire. Last episode Kinji and Shirayuki almost kissed but it redeemed itself kissing underwater to activate Hysteria mode. Now Both Aria and her are now equal and end up in a hilarious situation forcing Kinji to jump on the water again. Durandal's armor nearly resembles Saber from fate/stay night. Ironically, the both share the same seiyuu. |

At least Horo's true form could actually be considered scary. Fucking Kinji caught the sword with his hands. Excusing that, he still managed to hold onto it. Durandal totally could have swiped it again right out of his hands. Three on one victory! Woohoo! |

| Fight scene was nice but I hated the dialogue pacing. There were just too many weird stops and random conversations while it was supposed to be an epic buildup into the fight scene. I thought it was cheesy too, especially the parts where Kinji is basically saying "I'll always be there for you guys through thick and thin. Nothing can change that blah blah blah". I also didn't like how they introduced all of these powers all of a sudden. Durandul looked hot in armor. Kind of looks like a silver haired version of Sabre from fate/stay night. I laughed so fucking hard when her sword broke from Shirayukis attack though. It got sliced in half! I can tell from Durandul's face she was screaming "FFFFFUUUUUUUUUU" in her head. On a side note, I love her voice! I also love Shirayuki's voice when she's fighting. She has like three different tones in which we all get to see in one episode: moe, serious-ish, tsundere. I was so damn happy. I love how Kinji can just bail outta his apartment and jump in water when trouble arises. It's hilarious. Woah. Lupin at the end? Freaky smile. And so we wait for the next episode.. |

| One of the best episodes yet. Nice action, romance and comedy. Good thing Durandal got arrested. Hopefully Aria's mother will go free now. Shirayuki was also much stronger than I had predicted. I loved her flaming sword. And indeed, now they're even! xD And what the hell is with that next episode preview?! O_O |

| This show just screams, wasted potential. Some fun little fighting but is hard to enjoy with such horrible direction and plot revelation. So many stupid events that is ridiculous. A mediocre anime in all it's glory. And wth was with with that don't look at me staff and then just put a little fire on the sword? I had my "that was it?" face at that moment. So what are we to expect next? The descendant of Napoleon or Jack the Reaper maybe even a Nazi? |

| Shirayuki x Kinji kiss is one of the best scenes in Hidan no Aria to now I like this episode, maybe the most of all other. I hope Kinji will stay with Shirayuki at the end. Anyway, ending was quite funny xD And yeah, this time I didn't like the trolling. Lupin and Sherlock? It's actually OK. But Jeane D'arc? Come on! |
