| First off, I know I read it somewhere that says Valvrave was intended to be 2 seasons long. But now with 2 episodes left to "reveal everything", I find it hard to fit everything in (unless they turn this into a trainwreck). I seriously think there will be a season 3 barring any major/rapid/trainwreck development in the last 2 episodes. |

| Not with those preorders. It's Aniplex. They love getting money but not spending. That's why BD/DVD have zero fixes - they didn't pay Sunrise for it. |

| When first season start there was announcement about second season, maybe they keep third season as secret? Or maybe there will be 1-3 OVAs or Movie? or maybe last episode will be added to final DVD/Blu-ray? |
| I think there are still many points that they need to cover: 1) Pino and Prue. What are they? 2) Satomi was seen in the future, so he must also be a pilot. We have yet to see that (will there be more valvrave?) But at the rate Haruto's condition is deteriorating, things are not looking good for a season 3... Hope this does not turn into a mess at the end. |

| Probably comes down to sales as one person mentioned. They have a 200 year time gap from where they are now, so that certainly leaves material for plenty more. |

| i can smell that there is a season 3: but - new character will play,not haruto, l-elf and the others. | ^I wonder what timeline is the LN compared to main series... Aside from a single cameo after the vampire reveal (forget which ep), they were never introduced and have nothing to do with main story unless for the 3rd season (hopefully). |
| I think they won't answer everything in the end and let the viewer figure it out with the clues of the future scenes. The ending may be the formation of the empire. |

We have yet to see that (will there be more valvrave?) its an open ending story and it was mentioned already that Pino and Prue are Magius that are sealed within the engine of the 2 Valvraves unit 1 and unit 2 and as for Satomi thats just up to the imagination a season 3 will depend on sales as usual, they can expand the story in season 3 to have a war against the aliens/magius invading the earth for example, that learned that their magius comrades stranded on earth are all killed by humans |

| I don't think there will be another season unless they my reason for thinking that is my "experience" (if you'd like to call it that) with anime and second/third etc seasons. I don't know how often I have desperately hoped for another season but if you were to try and put it in numbers it'd be something like 2 out of 50-60 anime got another season from those where I would have wanted another season... so yeah. I'd never say no to another season but I'd rather not get my hopes up again. especially with the way the second season ended... p.s.: what I meant was that anime which end in the way Valvrave ended are quite unlikely to get another season if you ask me :( |

| There is no story to continue, or at least for the cast of this generation. Of course they can always have a season 3 being in name only. With cast story time line and what not totally not related to this except for the mecha used. Something like naming Gundam 00 as Gundam W season 3 lol. |
| It's all one season. They just put a break between the first and second half. It was all produced at once. Also Aniplex has nothing to do with anything. |
| well there is a theory going around that the little boy is a cloned Haruto or something like that so if they really wanted to they could make a new season and have them battling other aliens or something the plot line is there if they want to do it but chances are it would be pretty bad |

| It all depends on the sales, if it gets really popular and sells a lot, then we will probably have a third season. |
| It's very possible they can make a season 3, but I honestly doubt they will. As much as I would like to see a season 3, it is very unlikely they will. |
| The sales weren't THAT outstanding and the ending was rushed. Many things were unexplained but they gave an epilogue. It's unlikely that an anime gets a season 3 after an epilogue of god knows how many years. |
