| Just wondering but what does everyone like better the series or the movie of Escaflowne, for me I'd have to say the series. The movie was good and all but the series was <3 for me, it was like one of my very first anime to watch. |

| Vision of Escaflowne Series for me as well. You got to get to know the characters a little more. And it explained a lot more of the story plus more Van! X3 |

| Definitely the series, since it was longer/provided more character development, but the movie did have some lovely animation and great moments (such as Van and Dilandau's psychic battle ... so cool *_*) |

| Definitely the series. I liked the fighting scene in the movie, and there are a lot of amusing things, like Dilly running around in green underwear (seriously, WTF?!), but the series is a lot better, imop. |

Wished there was a second series or something, but highly impossible. One of the few series that really won my heart. I felt the series was too rushed though towards the end; they should have kept to 39 eps as originally planned. |
