LOL hotties you know but oh man i know what you mean :p. anyways no i haven't seen Tytania but i went to check it out...aand i'm not interested, it doesn't seem like an anime i'll watch to the end. i have never been to an anime expo. cuz i'm terrible with directions and i don't want to go alone...so i won't be going :(. are you going?

hehe yup they are some good games. see i told you Otome Youkai Zakuro was a good anime lol. well when i finish an anime i normally look at my on-hold or plan to watch list and debate on which one to watch. if i can't pick or can't be bothered, i either read a manga or watch some comedy movies like rush hour just for the hell of it xD.

Otome focus on 3 girls and HiME got a dozen or so....

LOOL! haha well i know what you mean about being fed up with anime. normally i just stop watching anime for a while like 3 days or so. so that i don't watch anime to simply just watch. cuz you know it could be a good anime but your so annoyed and not bothered that your not even paying attention to it. and the poor anime gets down graded. oh umm yes i got 2 games for my ps3 called Neir and Bayonetta.

Yes... the review was written on March 26, 2008 (one day after I join MAL). It was my first one. LOL

Mai-Otome characters does seem more appealing (and younger too) and since the focus is just on 3 girls, it's easier to go with the story. There's a "master" and "servant" feel to the Otome series. Actually the overall story of Otome might even be slightly better than HiME. But HiME is a lot more emotional (2nd half) which means a lot to me. Remember one thing though... HiME covers a lot of girls, so don't expect the story to really develop much until at least half way through the show. After that, your interest should grow exponentially :)

1. Yes you should watch Mai-HiME first. Since nearly all of them will re-appear in Mai-Otome (in a slightly lesser role).

2. Mai-HiME is slightly better in giving you a mood swing (more emotional). Mai-Otome has more character development. Both series are among the top in my list though...so I'll recommend you watch them both ^^

yeah i guess your right about 12-13 episode series but still it gets to me haha. i don't think your being sexist, you just prefer female protagonist to male protagonist. sexist is if you believe females are superior to males and you don't seem like a person who thinks like that :). as long as there is respect and understanding between the two i could care less about whose better and whose not. well anyways back to anime hehe...ooh i watched Kyou Kara Maou and Junjou Romantica too! i have yet to watch the 3rd series of Kyou Kara Maou thou. i watched the 1st series and the OVA in one go so i was getting tired of it :p. Junjou Romantica was good too. it was soo good that it caused me to read the manga, and i must say that its better then the anime. loots of action if you know what i mean ;). oh and i got a ps3 for christmas since you were wondering :).

lool that's good i'm happy for you. i watched the first Harukanaru toki no naka de but could never find the others so they just stay in my plan to watch list. oh and yes i got what i wanted for christmas and still grinning because of it lool. Otome Youkai Zakuro was a good anime. i normally dislike 12-13 episode animes because i'm left wanting more cuz i'm not satisfied with the ending but this one was alright. i'm still hoping for a second season though xD. as for my taste in anime, i like just about anything that has a good story line and mostly likely decent drawings...i don't know if you'll agree lool.

nah i haven't done anything special for christmas...how about you other then catching up with your anime :). oh by the way merry late christmas loool hope you got what you wished for. hmm my recent obsession would be fantasy, at the moment i've been watching Shinrei Tantei Yakumo and Otome Youkai Zakuro. i was gonna watch Letter Bee Reverse but i decided to wait until a few episodes same out first cuz i was reading the manga soo i kinda of know whats gonna happen a little bit. once i found out for sure there was gonna be a second season i stopped reading the manga lool.
