Kinda of a strange first episdoe, but it was interesting, I watch it.

Note: I don’t lazily watch 3-5 episodes, biasedly compare to other anime, or unfairly judge by surface level similarities. With every anime I start, I watch the entire series, both Japanese Sub & English Dub, then judge each anime based on what they present, to give an honest and fair rating.

Interesting first episode, basically House MD for weebs. The opening scene and theme are cool too.

Also, Dr. Small Bird has a RX-8. Nice choice of car.

No way we are getting Takao-sensei and Maomao in the same season, great female detective leads and I instantly like this one from the start! Ayaneru absolutely killing it (pun intended?).

@Mariklyn I loved that interaction! It was so silly, the way they were both acting, and they both knew the other was playing the laconic role while trying to find ways around their restrictions to help each other :P

Who's this sassy lost child?

Had to double check to make sure this was really project 9. Way different from the usual same type of romance LN adaptations they do. Somewhat interesting start. Like the characters, specially the sassy brat. Ayaneru's voice is perfect for her. Good thing they released two episodes back to back, the whole case should paint a better picture of what to expect. Decent OP/ED, Aimer's vocals are always amazing though.

That sure were a lot of things that a child shouldn't be suffering from. Quite the fun play on words for Takao and her helper though. Recommended amounts are there for a very good reason after all. The mystery of the man that bleeds blue blood after being delimbed sure would be a catchy name. One hell of a banger OP from AIMER. Takao's house sure was nice but man having a house on the roof of the hospital sure was impressive. T Rex being the culprit sure was an unexpected one. Overall a pretty impressive OP ep that featured a great balance of char intros while intruducing the unique mysteries that the source mat is famed for.

now a man with a leg bitten off and blue blood has died in a&e and Dr. Takao has taken interest(maybe it's connected to Dr. Takao mentioning Jurassic park to Kotori?)

she lives in a small house on top of the hospital building.

scolded by her uncle, another Dr. Ameku, for doing something not on he payroll

and we have a typical detective duo right down to the outfits whom Takao must always help with their jobs like a private investigator

oh so it did have something to do with it!!!! What's the cause of the blue blood? deprived of oxygen somehow?

@Fortress_Maximus I had the same impression. It reminded me of the chubbyemu vide where the kid ate too many vitamin gummies

i like the idea! actually you can find another anime with the same narative, but this one is worth to watch. Great OP and ED! the way main character explaining the case is not boring, her voice is good. sometimes you can find inconcistency in the animation, but it's okay. not a big problem

Also not my kind of anime, its not bad but i dont like visual style and main heroine is too unrealistic (and why does she look like a teenager?). Although i generally like the medical theme. But thats not even the point...
I just started watching and... got hooked 😅
Now im curious about what would happen next, although anime itself is not my thing at all. Well for now im watching, maybe ill change my mind about this anime.

after only seeing one episode, i can confidently say this is an amazing anime
this is the anime ive wanted for a long time
in 2023 i tweeted "where is the greg house anime" THIS IS THE GREG HOUSE ANIME
AMEKU IS VERY SIMILAR TO DR GREG HOUSE

she looks a lot like my beautiful girlfriend, she is just as brilliant as house, and she said "kore wa omoshiroi" which reminds me of Ishigami Senku, Momoi Tarou, and Lucky from Kyuranger

shes like the combination of all my favorite people

i recommend this anime to every person who exists
