| Miwa almost asked Sasakura about his fear of heights but Miss Perfect barges in Big shot guy got mad at Sasakura for adding sugar into his gin fizz and he mistook it for rum lmaoo Is Miwa developing feelings for Sasakura? edit: 5/29/24 I finally finished watching the episode I was expecting Sasakura to tell Kyoko to become an alcoholic to really learn how to be a bartender. |

| POWER LEVELS- but not really. Maybe Mr. Perfect is objectively at the top of the game... but Sasakura wins in having the human element. |

| To reiterate, this remake is different to the original. It shows that Ryuu as a bartender is still a work in progress, and there's a thin plot that somehow holds the episodes together. It has lost the charm and poetic storytellic of the original but it gained something else to somehow keep you interested in watching perhaps more than 12 episodes. There's no way this is just a one cour season. Mr Perfect made a d/ck move but perhaps he has a point. |
| Oh is this a ship? It is right? I'm up for it. Pretty much an episode focused on bartender. Ryuu's good but still not as experienced as mr perfect. But he will only get even better from here. The new bartender girl is also nice. Hopefully she'll get better at making B&B. |

| Man had the audacity to lecture that bartender lady but then ten minutes later, we see one other man putting him to his place lol. Forget about the drinks, Ryuu's conclusions about people and their behaviors is that one thing I just can't stop thinking about.. they're that stupidly hilarious. |

| I really like seeing more sides of Sasakura that weren't present in the older adaptation, especially the moments where he isn't perfect and seeing him outside of his bar |

| Episode 3 bounced back strong. Mr. Perfect is an asshole but he's the king for a reason. Is this the start of a budding romance. Miwa is much better without her coworker. I wonder what if he will ever actually take the position as their bartender. Overall, I found this episode quite enjoyable. |
