| Glad punches aren’t pulled here. I love Fairy Tail, but the lack of killing made it seem pretty unrealistic considering all the cast nearly died a million times. Good character design, brutal, and that size changing Thor guy is already awesome. Kind of a shame Mashima just did another Dragon MC… Ready for more, but not entirely convinced yet. |

| Fire first chapter! Lots of small fries got killed and their homeroom teacher. Let's see if Mashima will keep up the pace and this will be great. It's refreshing to see a darker tone from his work. |

| Decent start. The last bit felt very rushed but the ending is intriguing. |
| 10/10 first chapter!! love the idea, love the characters, and love the gore. this has heaps of potential some thoughts: - Hien had the Laxus jacket during the exam!! - Mikoto is TOP TIER good lord - THE BLACK DRAGON ROOT IS SO HYPE (Acnologia!!!). this is where I love re-using designs. looks awesome - in the duration of one chapter we went from "a human world" to "the human world" to "a section of the human world" lol - school uniforms are great - killing the sensei was unexpected!! loved it. even the Zeref eyes came out a little!! not sure if a dual personality or just cool - aiming to kill god is awesome. i'm already jealous of that mf |
