| Damn, this next trial for Mameda is even more difficult than the previous given the time limit of remembering words and verses. Enshi is quite impressive if you ask me. However, I'm also impressed on Mameda's performance. Her style just feel so natural. |

| Mameda's 2nd of 4 tests: impressing Enshi Kirino, and she's indeed a handful. Being the busy Heavenly King that she is, having an apprentice like Enu helps much with her packed schedule, and Mameda's arrival certainly was expected. Her challenge for Mameda: perform the Jugemu (a.k.a life without limits) opener in only 4 days, and wiith her talking speed totally unleashed without the metronome like telling a Rakugo story, Mameda has to get EVERY SINGLE word and phrasing right, and there's no room for error. The thing is: it's easy to lose yourself being captivated in the story than getting the mnemonics right. And for someone working part-time in the Rakugo theatre, the daily busyness of life distracts her from performing her best. Oh well, the only way is to request for help again, and practice in a secluded place endlessly for the next 3 days. The day of the test, and indeed Mameda comes up dishevelled, but she manages to strike it out by completing the Jugemu Rakugo, by hook and certainly by crook before collapsing of tiredness. Mameda's reasoning to earn the Daikokutei name is the only place she feels home, and this is the same for Enshi learning Jugemu from the previous head before Bunko, but instead failed to get the name, giving it to Bunko instead. They say an apprentice is like his/her master, and Mameda's efforts are seen with Bunko's footprints all over her. Mameda is growing each and every episode, this is her character development redemption. And I'm anticipating more of her progress towards the end. |

| I tought that Jugemu sounded familiar, but when she said the full name I remembered that it was in the Joshikaru ED. Anyways the episode was really good. Kirino was a lot more likable than in the previous one. I'm very curious as to why the previous Daikokutei wanted to end the line. |
| Now I want to know why Kirino keep using the metronome to regulate her conversational speech even though the flashbacks shown in this episode clearly indicated that she should be more than capable to speak normally to other people. |
| the post-credit was very nice. got to know what those lines meant. mameda is amazing to memorize the whole jugemu just like that. she deserved to be passed. we might finally get to see bunko's backstory and hopefully find out why the daikoukte head ordered to stop taking apprentices after bunko. 5/5 episode. just 3 more episodes to go. i wonder if this will get a season 2. seems very unlikely but still hoping we do get it. |
