| Best episode by far, god that was so wholesome, first time an anime has made me cry in a while. |
| This was a good SoL episode with not much action but quite a few heart warming moments. It's great that Yaeka made a new friend in Sara (I believe we see Sara and another girl walking with Yaeka in the OP), and it was also nice to see Tooru cook for Yaeka and she even made the connection of why some of his fingers were bandaged. It looks like things will pick up next episode as a guy named Masaya is looking to kill Tooru, presumably to get revenge for something. |

yaekas birthday cute. i hope we dont see too much of sara and her father. the "foreigner accent" they always have for the foreigners annoys me its so forced and when they say some english words they dont sound right either because the va isnt actually a foreigner |

| Yaeka finds Tooru in casual clothes funny. Oh his gay friend saw him when he was with Yaeka. It's funny to see Tooru switching characters between Yaeka and Rei. Rei and Tooru's middle school mate Masaya just got released from prison. Tooru doesn't accompany Yaeka to the park, and Yaeka makes a foreign friend there. Sarah, the foreign girl, celebrated her own birthday with a cake made out of sand. Sarah is the new neighbour. Her father is being pushy with Kazuhiko, and Tooru and Kaname are laughing at his situation. Finally, it's Yaeka's birthday party. She had a good birthday party. She loved Tooru's birthday present, omurice. Masaya wants to kill Tooru. |
