| It’s a great work of historical fiction and should be rated slightly higher than an 8.29. If you appreciate the more serious anime movies like Princess Mononoke, you’ll almost surely enjoy it. Didn’t expect it to be as good as it was. |
| it is ok, decent one time watch. it plagues from same problem as most samurai series. but it ends before the problem become too obvious. also the minimalistic approach of favoring style gives enough leeway for runtime (would not have worked for me if it was longer) |
