| Gus is even more badass than Ι thought; he managed to defeat a freaking god. Well, half a god but still.. Stagnate is kowai, the direct opposite of Gracefeel. Will is likely going to lose at least 2 out of his 3 parents. What I have not understood is what's going to happen to the seal of the High King that the three undeads were supposed to be maintaining if they are removed from the picture by Stagnate. In the previous episode we learned that Stagnate made that contract with them for that purpose, but in this episode this was inexplicably forgotten and it was all about about the 'attachment' of the three undeads to the High King. What on Earth does that mean? Is 'attachment' code or a badly translated word for 'attending to the seal of the High King' - which, perhaps, they neglected due to Will? Either way why wasn't the matter of the High King breaking free from his seal ever raised at all in this episode, since we all know that's going to happen eventually and Will will presumably be the one to stop him? And why does Stagnate appear to not care about that since he is a rival of the High King's god (the 'god of dimensions')? |

| So Will pledged allegiance to Gracefeel to be able to use the blessing against the demons (their souls) during the fight against Stagnate, but seems like Stagnate is going to attack the other ones :/ things are tense |

| If they didn't agree with Stagnate extorting them into a contract, there's a more obvious way he broke it to begin with. He broke it by not eliminating all the demons in the city. He turned them undead, yes, but he did not eliminate them. They are still undead demons. As such, the contract should be void. |
| Aha so that beautiful lady from the OP was actually the Goddess of Light herself. I wrongly assumed she was some sort of mage adventurer. Nice to know that she will be his guardian deity! Getting a lot of death flags for Parent Trio, they are going to sacrifice themselves for Will right, and Gracefeel will probably play a big part in this?, if that happens.......I'm so not ready for this. Also can we vote for Mary as a candidate for Mother of the year?. The way she helped Will regain his confidence was really nice. |
| The dialogue when Will was reflecting on his past life was profound enough to where it's entirely believable he thought such things in retrospect of his past life. It's a shame we haven't actually got to see more than a few static images depicting said previous life though. |
